¡Salga con comodidad y estilo en el RETIRO DE LA ZONA NO DESPERTAR! No Wake Zone Retreat es una cabaña de troncos personalizada ubicada en el popular Woodard Hollow en Grand Lake.

DETALLES DE LA CASA: La casa tiene 3 dormitorios (más un loft) y 2 baños con hermosas vistas al lago desde todos los niveles de la casa. Hay 2 dormitorios en la planta principal (una cama King y una cama Queen), con un tercer dormitorio en el sótano (cama Queen). El loft tiene dos camas gemelas incorporadas, así como dos futones de tamaño completo. Hay televisores en todas las habitaciones, con televisores habilitados para WIFI en las salas de estar. La casa tiene Internet de alta velocidad de 100 Mbps para transmitir lo que quiera: películas, eventos deportivos o música.

CASA: ¡Nuestra cabaña de 900 pies cuadrados es un lugar de reunión increíble para los niños (Y ADULTOS)! Completo con aire acondicionado y calefacción, cuenta con una mesa de ping pong, mesa de Air Hockey, WIFI, TV, Dart Gun Wall, Nerf Basketball, y no te olvides de CORNHOLE !!!. ¡Las familias / grupos más grandes también pueden aprovechar los 2 juegos de literas gemelas para dormir!

EXTERIOR / PATIO: en menos de un acre, esta propiedad tiene mucho espacio para que los niños corran. También hay un amplio espacio para estacionar automóviles y remolques. Cerca de la cabaña hay una gran área de fogatas perfecta para una noche de reunión y s'more asado.

OTROS: Los huéspedes tendrán un uso completo del carrito de golf para ayudar al transporte de personas y refrigeradores desde la sala de estar principal de la casa hasta la rampa del muelle sin tener que subir escaleras.

The view was amazing, the house was perfect. We had such a wonderful time and did not want to leave. All of the access we had to the property and lake toys for the kids made the stay even better. The host was very responsive when we had questions. Would highly recommend this property.

We had a great time at Grand Lake. This property has everything you could possibly need. It is beautiful inside and out! The ice machine was so appreciated! Our kids and grandkids loved their stay as well. Thank you and we look forward to our next visit!

My friends and I had a blast here! We had a large group of 12 and there was plenty of room to spread out. The dock was so fun as they had all the floaties you can think of. We did have an issue with the stove one night, but they sent someone out to fix it the next morning! The owners were just a text away and I appreciated their quickness to resolve our issue. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

Grand Lake Oasis!

Perfect spot to stay! Right on the water, plenty of space for a large group, and the neighbors across from this property are so nice! Highly recommend. Hosts were awesome to communicate with also.

Stay n Play!

Very clean and updated home with all the amenities you could possibly need. Outdoor paradise with huge dock, fire pit, and outdoor basketball court with pickle ball, bags, and more! We enjoyed swimming and fishing off the dock. Morning’s and evening’s we enjoyed the outdoor patio deck overlooking the lake. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Getaway!

This was the 4th time we have stayed here for a family vacation. The place gets better every time. Location is awesome and owners are great. Has everything you could possibly want for the young and old! We will be back again next Fall!

Loved this place!

This rental had everything we needed. The property was beautiful and the house was so well stocked. We had issues with trash piling up and the owners responded right away and got it taken care of. We would stay again!

Fishing Trip

This rental was perfect for our trip to Grand Lake. We were able to park and plug 4 bass boats on the property. The bunk house was great for our group to have the ability to spread out. The kitchen was awesome to cook dinner each night when we got off the water, and the grill for burgers! All in all, would certainly book here again!

Quit Looking, Just Reserve It

It's everything you want, and more. Well maintained, better than expected. There is a commerical ice maker in the lower level. Clutch. Find that somewhere else. Would 100% stay again, had many comments from the families that joined us how awesome the experience was and how they would come back to Grand Lake to stay at this property.

Get away

It was a great time lots of space and things to do. Pickle ball court/basketball court was fun to do while being out of the water. The place was very clean and well taken care of. One of my favorite places to vacation so far.

GREAT lake house!

Very prompt responses from owners. The golf cart was a great amenity as was the ice machine! As mentioned in other reviews a 3rd bathroom would be nice at the cottage and possibly light for the bball court. Would definitely recommend this property!

Love the activities; however, household items lacking

Nine people - could've used more bath towels. Kitchen needs basic seasonings, coffee, dish towels, dish rags, food storage bags/foil. Previous stays there were curtains in the living room. Last year they were gone. Inquired about them this year because of privacy and owner said it wasn't that pressing to them because no one else asked about them.

No Wake Zone

We loved the house. I think a bathroom in the bunkhouse would be a great idea. The ice machine was a life savor. The boat dock is amazing and we spent 90% of our time on it.

A great place for family

The property was great for my family. The house was very comfortable, the neighborhood quiet, and the game room was so much fun. Just a note there is not any nerf equipment as shown in the photos. There is however air hockey, ping pong, shuffleboard , , pickleball, and video games. The game room also had 3 sets of twin beds that made it a real haven for the kids. I would have appreciated more communication from the owners (3 unanswered messages) but other than that the place was lovely.

Fun the the whole family

Hosts were helpful and responsive, answering all our questions beforehand. Property was as amazing as the pictures indicated. Kitchen was fully stocked. House had ample space, plenty of towels for our whole group. Plenty of hot water too. House was easy to get to. Great views, TV's for everyone. The games were great. Golf cart use was so great to get stuff to and from the dock. House is located in a calm water cove and even though it was a big hang out spot for all the boats, the water stayed calm. The views were amazing from everywhere. Would stay her again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful So Much To Do

We had a family vacation with ages ranging from 14-72 and everyone had a great time. Tons to do with the game room, court, and dock with kayaks, prattle boards and floats. It’s close to places to rent a boat for a day in the lake, golf, & more. On-site ice machine was great for filling up coolers. No over-the-top cleaning/check-out procedures. One thing to note is that there are only two bathrooms. We had 10 people and that was a little bit of a challenge at times. Overall two enthusiastic thumbs up.

Great Family Vacation Spot at No Wake Zone Retreat

This was a great chose to spend our annual family get together at! There were 14 of us (10 adults & 4 children) total and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own beds and the two bathrooms worked out fine, but a third bathroom would have been ideal. We were very impressed with the property which gave everyone an area or place where they could enjoy whether it was inside or out. We spent the majority of our time boating or swimming off the dock which was very nice to have. We would have loved to have had lighting and Wi-Fi on the dock but Mother Nature prevented us from having that a few days prior our arrival. One of the other nice features was the ice maker, which helped out tremendously when wanting to ice down beverages before heading out on the lake. Great communication with property owners!

Simply Amazing!

LOVE THIS PLACE! It was everything a city girl could ask for. Quiet mornings on the deck to serene nights on the dock and lots of activities in between. Plenty of space so the 16 of us were not bumping in to one another. We never had to leave to find entertainment. NWZ has it all and more for all ages. There are a lot of stairs to get to the dock but the golf cart provided help to get those that needed it and also to get the coolers down to the dock. Fishing early morning and late night, kayaking, and swimming. We brought our own boat but rented jet skis from the marina that is outside the wake zone. We were too busy outside to enjoy the game room provided. The kitchen has everything you need from coffee pot, blender, mixer, pots and pans, leftover containers, and utensils for grilling. Plenty of sleeping room with extra pillows. There are tv's in all the rooms but no instructions on how to use them (three controllers for the living room) but we only needed it at night when trying to settle the kids down so we popped in movies that were provided also. The renters were very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. They even called when we first arrived to make sure we were able to get in and asked if there was anything we needed. We definitely want to make this a yearly family destination vacation!

Just OK

Upon arrival we had difficulty gaining access through the front door. I called all 4 of the management contacts and was only able to reach the last one. We later discovered that the basement door was unlocked and open. The heater was turned off and the house was very cold. The kitchen is very lacking and very very dirty. Many items throughout the house are broken and could be handled with simple routine maintenance (light bulbs, blinds, floor boards, door handles, etc.) The property is not as it was staged to appear in pictures. The furniture upstairs in the loft area has been completely rearranged and the game room (separate house) was really disappointing. Toys are broken and disorganized, Ping pong paddles are broken. The really nice Nerf gun wall in the pictures doesn't exist. There are no amenities for a baby. No crib or high chair. The washing machine and dryer both smell like mold very badly. Though this is not the fault of the property owner, the location is not great. The lake is nice but there is absolutely nothing else to do around this area within a 30-60 mile radius. We didn't have a great time. We have had this family Thanksgiving vacation 4 times now in 4 different states at 4 different VRBO locations and this is the first time all of us packed up early and went home because we just did not want to be there anymore.
