Este encantador dos pisos de tres habitaciones, tres baños completos con media luna ofrece cerca de 2,000 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, dos porches, un balc��n y un cómodo garaje para un automóvil.

Adem��s de las �������reas de estar principales en la planta baja, hay un dormitorio para hu��spedes (colch���n con la parte superior acolchada) con un ba��o completo y un gran porche trasero con acceso desde la cocina y el dormitorio.

En la planta superior, descubrirá la suite principal y la habitación adicional, todas con colchones con la parte superior acolchada. La suite principal tiene un ba��o principal generoso con bañera grande en el jardín, ducha separada con mampara de vidrio, tocador doble y una sala separada para inodoro. Justo al lado del dormitorio principal podr���� disfrutar de las vistas del Golfo de México desde el balcón del segundo piso. El dormitorio de arriba adicional tiene mucho espacio en el armario y un ba������o completo grande. Reviewer Comments: Home clean and comfortable except mattresses in 2 of bedrooms badly need replacing.Kitchen could use set of smaller sharp knives, scissors, vegetable peeler, bottle opener . Air conditioner set at 72 and both upstairs bedrooms uncomfortably warm at night.( can’t imagine how warm the rooms would be when outside temperatures 90+). Need better guides to operate the TV’s . Room darkening shades in front upstairs bedroom would help. Pool needed vacuuming.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Martinique is a great destination for a beach vacation. The location next to the nature reserve creates an almost exclusive resort feel. We loved the location of Alabama Sunrise. The house was extremely clean and cozy. It could benefit from a few updates but otherwise was perfect for us. Our golf cart didn’t work but maintenance quickly came and gave us a replacement. The staff at Martinique is amazing!

Alabama Sunrise was clean which is a must for me. The grill was newer which was a plus as well. The house overall was in good shape, but it could use some updating and painting. The golf cart was GREAT (but the lights did not work). The first two nights we did have a smoke detector that chirped, but each time management responded promptly. The grounds at Martinique (including the beach) were clean and nicely kept. We have been coming for several years in October and would REALLY appreciate the pool being heated and would like the see the pool closest to the beach heated as well.

Enjoyed stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the location and the use of the golfcart however beach a good walking distance away especially with small children. Beach was beautiful and not very crowded. Kitchen could use a better variety of pots and casserole/baking dishes. Dishwasher does not clean dishes well. While we were there we had a leak from second floor to downstairs but management responded. Condo has a great selection of baby items such as stroller, pack n play, and highchair as well as lots of beach things.

Enjoyed being able to cook our meals in adequate kitchen although at first sight the cracked cooktop was concerning. The outside grill should be well cleaned or replaced. In order to prevent renters from providing their own beach items, provide multiple beach chairs, not just the single well used one. Enjoyed the selection of books for reading.

Nice House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is located in a great area. It's fairly close to the boardwalk. My only complaint is our electronic keypad quit working the evening we arrived. I requested 4 keys to the unit;however no keys to the unit were in the welcome packet. There was a key to the golf cart and a key to the fitness area. We contacted management 3 times regarding the issue and no one from management ever contacted us back OR fixed our issue. I was disappointed with the management customer service. Also the guard on duty the entire time we were checked in was very rude. The guard on duty the day we checked out was extremely nice.

Would not rent again

Reviewer Comments: The beds in the master and downstairs bedrooms are unusable. The mattresses are completely shot. I would be embarrassed to even rent this unit any more. We had to use air mattresses to sleep on. The kitchen was not clean and there was a full pan of tater tots in the oven warmer drawer. I had to clean that all up myself. This is our fourth trip to Martinique on the Gulf and this is the first time we have had any problem. My criticism is just of this particular unit. The neighborhood as a whole is wonderful.

House 15 feet behind us had construction going on and it was constant hammering starting at 7:00 a.m. and continuing into the night. It was anything but relaxing. Unit was nice but if there is going to major construction going on 15 feet from the bedrooms, the guests should be notified ahead of time to see if they still want to rent. We would have backed out had we known we would have constant, loud banging for over 12 hours of each day. We left early to come home so we could actually get some rest. Additionally, air conditioner didn't work and master bed needs to be replaced. The other 2 beds were fine. Tough week. Extremely disappointed.

Terrific location. Nearly everything perfect. One mattress shot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great! The neighborhood quiet and secluded. Small numbers of people on the beach. We've stayed in the neighborhood for many years, but this was our first experience at Alabama Sunrise. The layout was perfect for my wife, kids, and grandkids. The kitchen supplies were adequate, but somewhat limited in supply (eating / cooking utensils). We had a few minor issues that Martinique quickly resolved. The one issue that was never resolved lost one star on the rating. The mattress in the secondary master was past its useful life, and was extremely uncomfortable. Even after staff flipped the mattress, only one side had any life left in it. My recommendation would be to make sure that mattress has been replaced before you book. Other than that, everything was perfect!

There were no beach towels as listed on sight. The beach chairs were in bad shape, 2 were broken. Ice maker didn’t work. Only 3 bath towels were there when we arrived but they brought more the next day. Dryer vent cleaning contractor showed up one morning to clean and we weren’t notified.

We were thrilled with the location and also how quiet and peaceful the resort was. Having our own goal cart at our disposal was exciting for the kids too. We will definitely book there again.
