Esta encantadora casa de playa de tres pisos, cuatro dormitorios y tres ba��os adyacentes al Refugio Nacional de Vida Silvestre Bon Secour, ofrece más de 2,500 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, dos porches, un nido de pájaros y un conveniente garaje para un automóvil.

Justo al lado de la sala de estar y el comedor hay un gran porche trasero con muchos asientos al aire libre.

Nice Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time and this home provided all the necessities to have an enjoyable beachside vacation. Only issue we had was we found the floors to be very dirty. We had to wear shoes or slippers the entire time. The tile really needed a good steam cleaning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful experience during this difficult time. House was exactly what we needed for 9 people and 2 dogs. Had a few questions, but Linda was able to respond so quickly to everything. The only thing I would improve would be to remove the carpet in the unit. It was worn and dirty.

Another great vacation at Martinique.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole family stays at Martinique. We've gone there for several years and will go again next year. We love Martini Hut, the beautiful beach, and the pools. The golf cart makes going to and from the beach easy but the location of the house is an easy walk to the beach too. Martini Hut is updated with beautiful furniture and an amazing kitchen. We are spoiled with the extra ice maker and additional garage refrigerator. Going to the beach is so nice because our chairs and umbrella are set up each day and it's not a crowded beach. The whole property is well maintained and beautiful. We're already counting down the days until next vacation at Martinique!

Get Close to Nature

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location & design. Being right on the edge of the refuge and close to the beach was fantastic. The crow’s nest overlooking the refuge was perfect for catching the sunrise, stargazing and wildlife watching, (mice, rabbits, etc.). The kitchen was the best stocked of any that we’ve ever stayed at in our many visits to Martinique. The sleeping area in the crow’s nest is very comfortable but whoever sleeps there will hear everything on the two floors below. Still, a fun design! The Martinique mgt handled problems in a professional and caring manner each time we called them. We had a couple problems to call them about: air conditioning and a smoke detector battery. The second-floor a/c drain clogged and leaking into the bathroom below. And there was a smoke detector that needed a battery change. The Martinique staff was timely and attentive in taking care of things but when paying this much these things should have been taken care of. Notes: 1. Some reviews mentioned a shortcut to the boardwalk. It passes between 2 other cottages. They were unoccupied so we availed ourselves of the shortcut. This good deal lasted til day 2 at which point we were apprehended by the Sheriff of Marigot Promenade! This resident of Martinique is an enthusiastic defender of parking/pathway protocol. We complied with their request and ceased to use the shortcut. This was not really a big deal – I wouldn’t want someone cutting through my property. A friendly sign explaining the cut-through is closed would help. 2. parking at Martini Hut is limited. We had an F150, Forerunner, and Honda CRV and could not fit all 3 on the driveway without blocking the golf cart. If you park in the street or on the landscaping, you will invite friendly visits from the staff. NBD - I love the uncluttered streets.

Exterminator Needed!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall disappointing and required DIY repairs. Nicely furnished and appointed but poorly maintained. Heard several mice scratching around at night (actually saw one in the den) and saw several cockroaches (one even landed on my daughters face in the middle of the night). Reported the pests twice to the office but pest control never came. We bought traps and roach spray and actually caught/killed one mouse, but we could still hear others. Upstairs air went out twice. First time the repairman came and drained water, but it went out again the next day. Wifi went out and someone tried to remotely ping it and when that didn't work that was the end of the repair attempt. My husband was able to repair the wifi by straightening a bent connector and also adjusted water level in downstairs/guest toilet so it would flush.

The Lee week at Martinque

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was nice , the house was a huge disappointment. The carpet in the house was absolutely filthy. The bed in the master bedroom is wore out and very uncomfortable. The second floor bedroom the air conditioning vent leaked water, maintenance came and it still leaked water. Mold in the air conditioning vent. The bathrooms were not cleaned upon arrival and cleaned them ourself. At $3900.00 we were expecting much more than what we received. This was our seventh year coming to Martinique and this was our only year to be disappointed with the entire house. We also went two full days with no television service.

We especially appreciated the separate ice maker and spacious extra refrigerator in the garage. The golf cart is new also. We did have a issue with the master tub water faucet but it was taken care of in a very timely manner even though it was after 10:00 p.m. Martinique is a beautiful area, peaceful and not crowded. We've gone there every summer for six years and will go there again.

Great location for beach lovers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House: Kitchen is fantastic. Lots of space for dining and lounging. Extra bonus areas on both 2nd and 3rd floors. Screened in back patio is spacious and a great feature we loved in the evenings as it cooled down. Had a pull wagon and some extra chairs and umbrella stored in the garage that we took down to the beach. We discovered after our first night there to have a mouse in the pantry. The management brought in someone to put traps down right away, was caught that night. Also, one of the days it rained hard and there was some leaking from the ceiling upstairs. Fortunately it was in the hallway and not any of the bedrooms.Location: Because this is at the end closest to beach it's convenient for walking to the pool or bridge walkway. However, it also has a golf cart so you can take that down. Keep in mind it's still a healthy walk from the cart parking to the actual beach via a walkway bridge. If you are lugging lots of gear, be prepared.Management: We had one very odd interaction the very evening we checked in. My 16, 14, and 10 year olds went to the pool the first night. Security came and asked them to leave for "jumping" into the pool. They were not running nor diving. There were no signs or rules posted that you couldn't jump in from the edge. Also, my wife, sister, and mom, all adults, were there with them. Plus, they were the only ones even at this pool. The security lady was pretty rude, stood glaring for long periods of time, and chastised my wife, mom, sister. It was really odd because they weren't doing anything wrong and also for her tone with us. We never had another issue with anyone from management or security at the place. Check-in/check-out, and gate guards were all pleasant.Area: Great for spending a lot of beach time and private time at the house with your travel party. The resort has the pools and a fitness center, but there are no restaurants or other activities there. Nothing walking dista

Great Vacation Experience

The community is lush and beautiful in a tropical setting. Loved the private beach, two pools, hot tubs and tennis court. And I need to mention how nice it was to have a golf cart in which to explore the community. This is our third time to stay in Martini Hut and we've stayed in the community 10 to 12 times in the past. This says it all....we wouldn't keep coming back if we didn't love Martinique on the Gulf. And thank you to the owners of Martini Hut for allowing us to bring our dog. She had as much fun as we did.

Family Vacation

Reviewer Comments: The Martini Hut was a very nice and spacious place for me and my family for a wonderful week at the beach!!The property was clean, my nephew had a great view from the Crowe's nest of the wildlife and ocean. I walked every morning on the beach and we grilled out to a great setting!There was also plenty to d, we went to Fort Morgan at the end of the strip and enjoyed a few small (hole in the wall restaurants) with great seafood And for the kids, we went to a place called the hangout.I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation or time away!

Spring Break 2019!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Martinique! We have stayed there several times and always enjoyed it!! We did however have several concerns with this property. The oven door is broken and the microwave appeared to have issues with the viewing screen. The appliances including washer and dryer were very updated which was great. The MBR toilet leaked from the tank into the bowl (water conservation issue). Upstairs twin bed mattress kept falling off the frame!! Also found beer cans under bed while trying to fix!! Although the family room furniture was worn, it was comfortable. This home is beautiful with an abundance of everything you need for a vacation!!

Another great week at Martinique

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we really enjoyed our week at the beach at MARTINI HUT. I especially enjoyed the back screened in porch. And getting to bring our sons dogs was great as well. The only suggestions I have is to put a new door on the oven. We had to prop a chair in front of the oven to hold door to. Also, some bunk beds or day beds in the crow's nest might be more comfortable. The sleeper sofa's were not too good.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to Martinique for 18 years and this year was for a surprise engagement for my daughter. When I arrived I was told there were 65,000 bees outside the house and would we like to change houses. We had three dogs and a large group so there were no other options. Overall I stay was good but because of the bees we could not use the front door or let the dogs in the yard we had to walk them and use the garage door only which was a big inconvenience. The golf cart also did not hold a charge. I am not requesting a refund but request a free lond weekend stay credit for this issue. We love your property.
