The main floor also offers a spacious bedroom outfitted with a king bed and en suite bath, a powder room just off the hallway, and a full-size laundry room with an extra refrigerator and ice maker. Upstairs includes 4 more bedrooms; a master suite with en suite bath, another king bedroom, 1 guest room with a queen bed, and 1 guest room with a queen bed plus bunks. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this Orange Beach vacation home offers comfortable indoor and outdoor seating for every guest, plus generous flat-screen TVs in the living areas and every bedroom.

Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult throughout their stay. We unfortunately cannot accommodate pets. Smoking is not permitted. Winter monthly guests are welcome. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning Protocol which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest. The private parking and driveway accommodate 4 vehicles. Strict adherence to a maximum occupancy of 12 guests is required at all times.
