No se preocupe, sea despreocupado en esta adorable cabaña de dos pisos, dos dormitorios y 2 baños (dúplex) que ofrece más de 1,300 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable y un cómodo porche.

Disfrutará de una cómoda sala de estar, comedor y cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, barra de desayuno, refrigerador con máquina de hielo, microondas, lavaplatos y área de lavandería con lavadora y secadora estándar. Justo al lado de la sala de estar hay un gran porche trasero con asientos al aire libre.

Además de las salas de estar principales, hay dos dormitorios. La suite principal tiene un baño principal grande con bañera de jardín, ducha con mampara de vidrio separada y tocador doble. Adyacente a las salas de estar principales, encontrará otro baño completo y un dormitorio. Otras características incluyen techos de 10 pies, ventiladores de techo, calefacción central y aire acondicionado, y muchas áreas de almacenamiento.

Perfect Spot to enjoy Ft. Morgan Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: San Souci is clean, light filled with lots of windows, and spacious. We love to stay in Martinique on the Gulf! We are always outside at the beach, pool, or playing tennis. About one mile down the road is Kiva Dunes for great golf. When not out and about we enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch to read and relax.

Wonderful!

This is our second stay at Martinique and we loved it!! It is always super relaxing and quiet. The weather was a mess this week, but we made the best of it! Luckily there was an indoor pool and hot tub for the rainy days! The sauna and work out room are an extra bonus most places don’t have.

The cottage was clean and ideal for our stay that included our dog. The beds were very comfortable and the unit included everything we needed for our stay. Fantastic One-Level Condo

this condo was perfect for as we were traveling with a dog that doesn’t do stairs well. it had a small side yard for potty breaks. it was very spacious at 1300sf and we felt like we weren’t crowded at all. also because it’s located in fort morgan we had nothing but peace and quiet which is what we wanted. to be away from the beach chaos was priceless. would absolutely stay here again!

The unit was clean, and we especially enjoyed the screened porch. We have stayed at The Martinique for the past nine years and have always had great accommodations and service. The only complaint I have is that for what we are paying, the owner could have at least left us coffee filters and salt and pepper as others have done.

It was clean and looked like it had been fixed up recently. And we were super excited to be able to bring our dogs to the beach with us. The only thing is that the golf cart seats are a little raggedy, but it still worked just fine. We will definitely be back.

Reviewer Comments: Overall, we loved the Sans Souci, the beach, the complex, etc. However, the property could have been cleaner, there were a number of issues such as broken window shades, broken plate on top of fridge, dent on fridge, one toilette paper roll per bathroom, Wi-Fi password was incorrect called for help and received no returned call had to call again the next day. All pillows were hard. The golf carts need to be upgraded.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely LOVE Martinique on the Gulf. It’s getting more difficult each year to find dog friendly rentals (homes, cottages). We rented Sans Souci this year, it’s dog-friendly. The house was clean and cute. It was poorly stocked- no extra blankets at all. We couldn’t even find a pen to make a grocery list. Now, whether it was poorly stocked by the owners or renters are taking their things, I don’t know? The internet never worked with the TV- so no Netflix. The televisions are small and it’s a little difficult to watch from the recliner in the living room. The furniture in the living room is uncomfortable. The toilet in the master bath runs all the time. There was no salt or pepper there- I left ours for the next people. I realize they’re not obligated to leave salt and pepper but most of the houses do have that. (We stayed at Ambrosia last year which was very nice but no longer accepts pets.) The golf cart is a little worn out. There is no ice or water dispenser in the door of the refrigerator. Things that were good were the many windows, especially in the master bedroom and en suite. They’re pretty private even with the blinds open. I’m a sunlight girl!! The location is fine- near the front of Martinique. The golf cart did run well for us. There were no problems with the oven, garbage disposal, washer/dryer. The front office is always willing to assist the guests with a smile. Basically, treat it like you’re camping and bring your own pillows and extra blankets, seasonings, etc. Martinique On the Gulf is fantastic no matter what house you rent!

Lovely Property and Development

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Charming property with only some minor drawbacks. The property is close to the street, so closed blinds are needed for privacy. The "starter kit" of amenities could use some upgrading; one dishwashing pak and one soap bar per bathroom. We arrived the afternoon before Thanksgiving, and the office had closed, and the parking pass and wifi code had not been left in the unit, with little recourse. Fortunately, I had the phone number of one of their reservationists, and he helped as well as he could. But it was strange to have no method to contact management after our arrival. The guard on site also did his best to help, but did not have sufficient knowledge or authority. If there had been problems in the unit that were not easily remedied, we'd have been in trouble until the office opened again on Friday. This could be easily remedied by communicating the contact phone of a manager on charge, assuming there was one.

We had a great time and would highly recommend this cottage unit to everyone. The unit did not have a grill as advertised so we had to make different provisions for food we had purchased. The security of the grounds could be better, Numerous evenings we observed golf carts not equipped with lights driving down main road in complete darkness.A lot of the cart drivers were clearly not licensed operators.
