"Be As You Are" is a delightful 3-bedroom 2 bath, newly renovated 2nd tier Gulf View home...the beach is just across the street! The expansive front deck gives breathtaking views of the sugar white sand beaches & rolling waves. The home's open concept living/kitchen/dining area is the perfect place for the whole family to gather together, relax, and just Be As You Are! The home just received a complete interior and exterior remodel! There is new interior and exterior paint, a new front porch, sundeck and back porch, new furnishings, new bedding, totally updated kitchen and appliances, updated bathrooms, and much more. Every inch is new! The large downstairs area provides additional outdoor living area featuring a porch swing, picnic table, grill, and outdoor shower. The beach access across the small beach road makes it a great choice for relaxing at the beach!

The home is equipped with a full size washer and dryer and full size kitchen appliances, including an under counter ice maker. The small appliances include a coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer and a can opener. The cabinets are fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. A "one day" supply of hand washing & automatic dish washing detergent, cloths detergent, one garbage bag & one roll of paper towels are supplied. Please bring food, paper good, detergents, and more trash bags. The beds are made with fresh white linen and a sofa sleeper linen set is provided. Both bathrooms are supplied with one roll of toilet tissue, a personal bar of soap and shampoo/conditioner. Please bring beach towels and toiletries.

PET FRIENDLY: Owner allows one dog with a 80-pound limit. Must be leashed when outside of house or at the beach. Pet owner must clean up behind them. No cats are are allowed. Other types of pets may be allowed upon approval.

MUST be 25 or older to book.

Needing a true relaxing,mental break from reality this cute beach house checked off all the boxes..very very clean,dog friendly deck,wonder views..we even got to see the blue angels practicing ..easy beach access..highly reccomend this place

We had the most perfect stay! The size of the house was just perfect for our family and our pets. The balcony was a plus for the dogs, they enjoyed a lot of outside time ! Location is perfect as well, just a few steps from the beach access. There were enough linens and towels for everyone, kitchen had everything we needed! Pam was very quick to answer and very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely come back !

Great Rental

This rental was just what we were expecting for a quick getaway. It was just as the photos showed and had close beach access. The large front porch was a hit for relaxing. We loved it.

Amazing Spot!

We had a wonderful time during out stay! House was clean and as described. Steps from the ocean. The covered deck is what sold us! Will book again!

Perfect beach house

Peaceful, Easy Feeling

This property is in a quiet neighborhood and a beautiful location. There was very minimal traffic or sounds from neighbors. The ocean is visible from the deck of this home and the beach was never crowded. I highly recommend this home and will be looking forward to my next stay here.

Beach Getaway

The house was well stocked, maintained, and very close to the beach. Beach views were great from the very nice deck. Private beach and quiet. Dolphins were swimming close to shore during our end of March stay.

Excellent Property

We stayed at this property for a full week and couldnt have been happier. It is a tad smaller than i initially thought but that didnt make a difference. With 4 adults and 2 young children we still had plenty of room. Everything was really nice and updated with except the couches but that didnt bother us. Beach access was within 30 yards which was nice and house is close enough you can hear the waves from the deck. Below the house is a nice outdoor shower and lots of new beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. We loved this place and im sure you will too.

This was a very nice place to stay. The pictures didn’t quite match what we got. For example, there was no pretty bedspread in the main bedroom. It was a big fur like blanket that had a horrible smell. Some of the wall hangings and furniture listed in the photos were not there, such as the mirror and some patio furniture. A little pricey, considering houses near were a bit cheaper.

Great Beach House

This is our 2nd time staying here and we absolutely love it! It’s a very nice house and we love that we can take our dog! The deck is probably our favorite. It has a gate so our dog can roam freely, it is partially covered & the other part is in the sun, plus you can see the beach from the deck! It is a very short walk to the beach & the neighborhood is great for walking dogs!

Awesome Rental

Awesome rental house for close access to the beach & ocean. Beach access point was two doors down which was convenient for having 3 little’s and a pup! Could see and hear the ocean from the gated deck and the outside shower / clean off station was a great touch! We’d definitely consider coming back, hopefully when there isn’t another hurricane off the coast!

Friends week

Nice bright clean property, super close to beach access. Had most of what you would need but some storage containers for the kitchen would be nice. This was a group of 50 and over and we all loved the house! The area under the house was wonderful for our seafood boil! Would stay again!

Be as you are

Beautiful place.. we loved the under the counter ice machine.. this beach house was so relaxing. The only negative thing I can say is for an older person such as my husband and I the walk to the beach was further than I imagined. The beds were very comfortable and we loved this place!

Had a great time at Be As You Are. Convenient to the beach.

Perfect place for our family. Quiet and not overly populated for March. The kitchen was well equipped but could use a cutting board and large skillet.. And seriously, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom?
