The balcony was very spacious. One of the employees called us the morning of our second day to ensure the condo was to our liking. I thought that was very nice and personable. We will probably wait until peak season is out next time. Lol!

April 2024 Our 2nd stay in Unit 602

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th yr staying at the Aqua and 2nd yr in Unit 602. One of the toilets had not been cleaned and washcloths were not stocked. I was told there were problems with housekeeping and the issues were resolved. The patio furniture is worn to the point where we don't lounge or eat on the balcony and the barstools are worn as well. Otherwise the unit is accommodating and serves the purpose of bringing our family together.

Aqua 602-Great place!

We just got home from a quick trip down to PCB from KY. The unit was just as pictured. Very nice and clean! The carpet was a nice touch instead of cold hard tile throughout! The patio furniture is a whole other story though. It all needs to be replaced ASAP. Two of the four chairs at the table are completely broken and unusable. The loungers are saggy and uncomfortable. The only other suggestion I'd have is the master bathroom shower needs recalking. The walls have pulled away from the shower pan/floor. I'd highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling to PCB. This is our second trip staying at Aqua Condominiums and it is our favorite.

Last Time Staying at this resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at this location for several years with no problems in the past. However, this stay was troublesome from the very start. I waited to get into town closer to time for check in since the rooms are hardly ever ready early. I assumed I would be getting my room code and gate code within reasonable time before check in. I never received any codes and it was approaching 5pm check in. I started to call the front desk, I couldn’t get anyone to answer. After calling multiple times, someone answered but they were only an answering service that told me no one was at the desk because they closed for the day. They told me I could use the emergency line and someone would return my call. So I sit and wait, and after a while they finally returned my call. The lady gave me codes to get in, but when we got to the gate she had given me the wrong code. I could not get in the parking garage, I had to wait until someone was leaving coming out the other side to ask someone for the code. So we finally get in there and go to the room, right away the smell of mold, mildew, something really stinky hits me in the face. It was terrible! The dryer is beeping and lights are flashing and the refrigerator light is out. Those are just a few things right off the bat that was going on. I alerted the front desk the next morning to let them know of the repairs needed. I told them it was not of urgency but they assured me someone would be there to fix it the next morning. I stayed 4 nights and I never saw a maintenance worker the entire time. I also let them know about the issue with getting the codes and they acted pretty much like oh well, not my problem. I don’t think I will be staying at this resort on my next trip, but for the price of staying here you would expect a better experience.

Could not sit out and enjoy the view. The dining room chairs were soiled, and maintenance had to come up and tighten the legs. The bar stools had to be tightened up and should be replaced. The chair in this photo did not exist. Could not use the coffee cups because the glaze was scratched up.

Everything was as promised - very clean and furnishings were very nice. Carpet is scheduled to be replaced and I was told that upfront. Kitchen was very well equipped. Views are incredible. We loved the pools and the hot tub. Grounds, pool, hot tub very very clean and well-maintained. Beach access was fabulous. We had a great time. Also, grounds and maintenance staff were very helpful and polite. It was a fantastic experience in every way.

Reviewer Comments: Aqua has been a great condo complex; however, the individual rooms from the last two times that we have stayed there have been less than satisfactory. The rooms have been dirty and/ or in need of repair. This time a dirty towel from a previous guest was left hanging on the back of one of the bathroom doors (yes, amid the COVID19 outbreak). Additionally, baseboards were off in the master bedroom and the doors to the closets were off-kilter. The furnishings were fine (couch, etc);however, general repairs and new carpeting were needed.

Our October 2020 Stay

The down side was the condo needs some TLC. The carpet is worn and in need of replacing.The second bedroom was missing the baseboard behind the bed. There is a hole in the wall in the bathroom of the master. A little updating would make it quite appealing.

Its close to pier park and all the shops. Perfect. The room was a little out of date plugin second bedroom did not work beside bed.we had no frying pans But the room was big and very comfortable for our family. The parking garage fills up fast and spaces are small but you can call security if no spces and get code to basement. If you have more than 2 vehicles you can park at pier park for gree and its safe. You have to have codes for everything to get to pool room and garage all different. Check in they text you when rooms are ready.you dont actually see anyone. We had a wonderful time cant wait yo go back.

Great location but not in good condition

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Aqua several times over the years. Our previous condos were amazing. This condo had the space we needed but the conditions were disappointing. The carpet needs to be replaced. Really gross! The guest bedroom had a whole section of bottom molding gone. The most disappointing (other than the carpet) was the outside furniture. It was very old and uncomfortable. Mixed match furniture that needs to go to the dump. Sadly, we won’t stay here again.
