Seabreeze Jazz Festival while enjoying the Emerald Coast

It was amazing 2 year staying at the Aqua. Beautiful spacious unit with balcony view of the emeralds blue ocean. Five minutes from The Seabreeze Jazz Festival, shopping restaurants etc. perfect location.

Aqua is the best

Great location for walking distance to many things. Spacious condo with a great view. Condo has plenty of kitchen items including a crock pot and beach chairs.

Enjoyed my stay

The property was perfect and spacious. We really enjoyed hanging out on the patio as well. My cousin is going to PCB next month and I referred her to this property.

Great condo and bedroom layout. In walking distance to pier park and restaurants. Could use more than 4 chairs on balcony but enjoyed the balcony and view. Would definitely use warren beach rental again.

Fourteen years in a row in Panama City beach. Four tomes in Aqua.This year was above my expectations.Very first day we had a problem with the ceiling fan I messaged the Warren beach rentals next day the replaced the fan.Two days later our washer was leaking water.Day after they brought a brand new washer and dryer.In all those years I never had faster responses from the owner or agency.Thank you guys for everything.

Multi generation spring break stay

3 generations (2 grandparents, 2 adults, 2 kids 3&5) stayed here and enjoyed it! The condo was clean, nice, and well decorated. Beds were good and kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful and the chairs were great! Location of the property was great! Close to pier Park and newer parts of PCB. It was out first time and we went during spring break so didn't know what to expect and we all agreed the condo and the experience was great!

The condo was lovely.

The view from the condo was spectacular. The condo had everything needed to make for a comfortable week. The street was very busy and quite loud, but we couldn't really hear it from inside. It was nice that everything was within walking distance. the only real negative was that the carpeting in the bedrooms was worn and stained, Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and would recommend this place to others.

This idyllic condo offers something for everyone.

My family and I had one of our best vacations at this stunning condo on Panama City Beach. This spacious, newly remodeled property was located right on the water. The condo was immaculate and had every amenity that a family would need to enjoy a beach vacation. This ideal location is within walking distance of restaurants, ice cream shops, and premier shopping boutiques. This property also included family friendly pools and snack spots. Additionally, you are footsteps away from a picturesque beach with miles of sand and beautiful water.The property had jet skiing, parasailing, and banana boat rides right from the shore. Our entire family enjoyed a fun filled and relaxing vacation. There was something to do for every age. We cannot wait to return.

Wonderful Stay - Would Stay Again

Clean, comfortable, great location. We had a very positive experience with Agua 609. Warren Beach Rentals was very responsive (via text). The 609 balcony is situated so that it is never in complete sun. Beautiful, direct ocean view, and the 2 sets of chairs with umbrellas were great (as long as you get down to the beach within a reasonable time). AC and washer/dryer worked great. Other than the cold water faucet not working in primary bathtub - - we used the separate shower -- no maintenance issues. We were there in mid-August so it was not overly crowded. Restaurants, bars, shops within walking distance. Pier Park and Wal-Mart a bit longer walk or a very short drive. Parking garage with interior access was very convenient. Loved it!

Family spring break

We loved the location. Short walk to Pier Park, Walmart, and dinning. The 4 beach chairs and umbrella that come with the unit are great. The pools were great especially the indoor pool and hot tub for the cooler days. The unit definitely needs a very good deep clean. The carpets probably should be replaced and some painting needs to be done. The property manager was very responsive to our concerns over dirty linens and bathrooms when we first got there and also when the dryer stopped working. Overall we would stay at this complex again but maybe not at this unit.

Beautiful unit but AC Issues

I always stay at Aqua condominiums when visiting PCB. This unit is beautifully decorated, however my reason for the 3 star rating is because the AC did not work efficiently during our entire 4 days with temperatures in the low 80s. We call maintenance and they responded timely but their fix was only temporarily. Additionally consideration should be giving to replacing the stove as not all the burners worked nor did the microwave work consistently.

2024 Spring Break Trip

~We were very happy with our condo! It was updated, CLEAN, and a perfect layout for our family. We had one or to little items one with sink faucet and another with A/C~ Warren Beach Rental was SUPER easy to contact and VERY responsive. correcting the issues immediately! They also accommodated us with a last minute request that really helped us out!!!! ~The condo was decently stocked, you always need a bowl, pan in these places they don't have, but we were able to make it work. The primary had tons of hangers(pleasant surprise), there were extra blankets pillows and plenty of seating. The primary bed could have been a little more comfortable and also the pillows were a bit of a bummer~ Also, option for room darkening shades in the primary would be a nice touch ;) ~We would definitely book this condo again and I would recommend Warren Beach Rentals in a heartbeat for their service!!!

Do not recommend this resort/cond

Review as listed: * Check in =easy * Condo was NOT clean! Literally dirty wash rags in the bathrooms. Evidence the Condo hadn’t been dusted in months. Coffee machine was disgusting! Literally clumps of old coffee coming out. Dirty dishes as well. * Condo’s location is very noisy. Don’t expect to get a quiet night of rest. Noise continued throughout the night. * Condo’s amenities was completely subpar. Gym is completely outdated and the “steam room” was ridiculous. Literally old plastic seating. * NO smart TVs!!! Only terrible basic cable. TVs need to be updated. I do not recommend this resort or Condo. Note: I cleaned the Condo myself to avoid any chance of angry cleaning crew. Did not feel comfortable at that point having anyone come in.

First impression, it smelt clean and wonderful. But later noticed dust build up on ceiling fans.

Other than dust build up on ceiling fans my family and I enjoyed the condo and view.
