The Space:
Welcome to this lovely 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator, perfectly situated on Whitecross Street in the heart of Barbican. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: double bed, Living Room: sofa bed. The apartment has a full bathroom.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has individual radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
Guest Access:
The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

Islington is one of North London’s most desirable and vibrant neighbourhoods, known for its independent restaurants, boutiques, and the lively Upper Street. The area has a strong creative and artistic character, with excellent theatres, music venues, and galleries alongside brilliant pubs and farmers’ markets. Barbican, Old Street, and Angel underground stations provide fast connections to the City and central London, while Regents Canal towpaths offer peaceful walks to the east.

The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! The place is new, clean, and beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy design. The location is fantastic—quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to the city center. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always quick to reply to any questions we had. This property is in a great location, between Old Street on the Northern Line and Barbacan Station, very easy to walk to either of them. There are a lot of great eateries very close by.It is a small flat, up some narrow stairs, so you should be fit to stay here, especially when carrying up luggage.The kitchen is good, with a kettle, stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, stacked with fridge on top.The bathroom is very small with a really skinny shower. The towel rack is heated and seems to be automatically connected to the light switch. I loved having a warm towel when getting out of the shower. All in all, I would stay here again.

Comfortable stay
A lovely, modern apartment in a central and vibrant area. The space was cozy and stylish, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The wifi was fast, which was great for working, and the self check-in process was super easy.
