Located in a safe, central area of EC1, steps from Barbican and Old Street.

Nearest stations: Old Street (Northern Line) - Barbican (Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan Lines) - Moorgate (Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Northern, Elizabeth Lines).

Property Details

This 40 sqm apartment sits on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The living area features a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and dining table with chairs, and doubles as a comfortable work-from-home space with fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, full sets of dishes, cutlery and cookware, plus pots, pans and utensils.

The bedroom features a double bed with a superior-quality mattress. Professionally laundered bed linen, comforters, pillows and bath towels are provided for each guest.

The bathroom, accessible from the hallway, has a shower, toilet and sink, and is stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet rolls to start your stay.

A clothes washing machine and drying rack are available, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom.

The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitised before each arrival. Heating is provided throughout winter. There is no air conditioning — portable fans available on request, subject to availability.

Check-in from 3:00 PM. Late check-in (after 7:00 PM) may incur a fee, is subject to availability, and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. The host reserves the right to decline late check-in if requirements are not met.

Check-out by 10:00 AM.

Damage deposit: £800, fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

Strictly non-smoking.

No pets.

No parties, events or photoshoots. Maximum 4 guests at all times.

A noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for security purposes. It is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
