This stunning 2 bedroom apartment is located in Birmingham city centre within a contemporary development. You will find everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in the heart of the city, including a fully equipped kitchen/open plan living space, a modern bathroom with complimentary toiletries and towels and 2 comfortable double bedrooms. The central location means you are within walking distance of the majority of attractions in the city.
The Space:
The beautiful interior has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. The open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a sofas armchair and a smart TV. The large floor to ceiling windows add character to the space and bathe the rooms in natural light. There are 2 spacious double bedrooms, both featuring plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom has a shower over bath, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.

Guests have sole access to the property.

Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk away.
Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.
Other Things to Note:
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
