The property features two bedrooms – one double bedroom and one with two single beds –, a windowed bathroom equipped with a shower, double sink, toilet, and bidet, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette, and a charming covered terrace. The terrace was fully refurbished in 2025 and is also equipped with a barbecue. It offers direct access to both the communal garden and the swimming pool.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for your holidays on Lake Garda, including a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, plates, and cutlery.
The lovely covered terrace overlooking the pool, completely refurnished in 2025, can be enjoyed even on rainy days. It allows for outdoor dining and provides direct access to the well-kept garden and the communal pool.

In homes where animals are allowed, a supplement of €15.00 / animal / night is required. A crib, high chair, and bed guard are available for a fee and can be booked in advance.
Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only after prior communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presenting the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras with a credit card at check-in.
Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not activated if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).
Air conditioning is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not activated if the outside temperature falls below 25°C or if the inside temperature reaches or falls below 23°C).
Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not allowed unless otherwise indicated in the listing. If allowed, it is available only upon reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable additional cost.
In the event of electricity, gas, or other utility wastage, an additional cost is incurred (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open).
It is the duty of guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each time, to let moisture out of the apartment and prevent mold formation. If this rule is not followed and mold is found at the guests' departure, charges for restoring the apartment's integrity will be applied.
