Major-league holiday!

New and stunning apartment. Equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds and everything clean. It's in an isolated place, which is also good, but the journey is a bit difficult.

Truly lovely time

We stayed at Villa Andreja in Drenje near Labin and had a truly lovely time! Everything is brand new, modern, and very clean – the space feels fresh, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The surroundings are peaceful and green, perfect for those looking to escape the city and enjoy nature. The location is great – beautiful beaches and charming Istrian towns are just a short drive away. Coming back to such a calm and cozy place at the end of the day was a real pleasure. Communication with the agency managing the property was smooth and professional. We’re not sure if the owners were on-site, but we had no issues at all. All in all, we were very satisfied and would gladly return. We highly recommend Vilja Andreja to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and beautifully furnished place to stay in the heart od Austria

Brilliant service!

Sehr schönes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr sauber, sowohl Haus als auch Pool. Sehr nette Betreuung, bei Anfragen wird schnell und hilfreich reagiert. Check-in und Check-out total unkompliziert. Wir waren absolut zufrieden.

High-end vacation!

Lugar bem bonito. Organizado, tinha todos os utensílios que a gente precisava. Cada quarto com suíte e um banheiro separado. A piscina e o espaço externo bem organizado. Toalhas de banho macias. Adoramos passar um tempo nessa acomodação.

Timon was a wonderful guest at Casa Andrea. He was friendly, respectful, and easy to communicate with throughout his stay. The property was well looked after and left clean and tidy upon departure. It was a pleasure hosting Timon, and we would gladly welcome him back in the future. We highly recommend him to other hosts.

Einfach toll 😊 gerne wieder

Sehr schönes Haus wo keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Alles vorhanden was man braucht . Super schöne Möbel und geschmackvolle eingerichtet. In jeden Raum eine Klimaanlage. Ein schöner Pool . Grill vorhanden alles was man braucht .

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit

Die Unterkunft ist superb. Neu und modern. Wir wurden vor Ort sehr nett empfangen. Die Ausstattung ist fabelhaft und es ist blitz sauber. Außer einer Mikrowelle und einem Toaster ist alles, wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Betten und Matratzen sind grandios. Jedes der Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Bad en Suite. Der gemeinsame Pool ist sehr sauber und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Auch der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll angelegt. Die Lage selbst ist abseits von Trubel. Das wunderschöne mittelalterliche Stadt Labin ist schnell erreichbar und bietet genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

High-end vacation!

Miejsce cudowne do odpoczynku od codzienności. Trzeba nastawić się, że zejście do plaży dość strome. Nie ma sklepu w tej miejscowości. Ale sam dom i basen cudowny. Można odpocząć. Gorąco polecamy! Czysto, wszystko co potrzebne było w domu dostępne.

Hosting Grzegorz was a great experience. They communicated clearly, followed all house rules, and left the apartment in excellent condition. It’s always appreciated when guests are so considerate and easy to work with. I’d happily welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts!

Special place!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Noch nie hatten wir solch ein hervorragend ausgestattetes Haus. Es wurde an alle Details wurde gedacht. Die Einrichtung war sehr hochwertig und schön aufeinander abgestimmt, die Bäder waren ebenfalls toll und in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Vom Handrüher über Eierbecher bis hin zu ausreichend Geschirr (mehr als buchbare Personen, so dass man nicht dauernd spülen musste und die Spülmaschine auch Sinn machte). In allen Räumen gab es ausreichend Schränke und Kommoden, um alles zu verstauen. Der Pool war perfekt. Ausreichend Sonnenliegen und Schirme und ein stets gepflegter Pool, der mit Salz und nicht mit Chlor sauber gehalten wird. Dies ist wesentlich hautfreundlicher und schonender für die Umwelt und auch die Badetextilien. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte einen eigenen Balkon/ Terrasse mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln und auch die Hauptterrasse haben wir täglich genutzt. Aurora und Francesco waren immer erreichbar & freundlich.
