The location is strategic: Rapallo Station is just 190 meters away and the Tourist Port and the Lungomare are easily reachable. Here you can take ferries to reach the Cinque Terre, Santa Margherita or Portofino.

The internal space is organized as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with sofa, double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, chest of drawers, 32 TV and access to the balcony;

- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), dining table with chairs, fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables;

- BEDROOM II with single bed and bedside table;

- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;

- BALCONY.



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: WIFI, independent heating with boiler, fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, wall coat hanger, hairdryer.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Rapallo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 10 nights.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service Alloggiati Web which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

In addition, in 8 minutes on foot, you can reach the cable car that leads to the Sanctuary of Montallegro, from which you can enjoy a view of the Gulf of Tigullio.

The apartment is an ideal starting point for those who want to visit the most beautiful and renowned areas of Liguria. The Tourist Port, from which you can take ferries to the Cinque Terre, Santa Margherita or Portofino, is easily reachable.

- Cavallino Bianco (restaurant): 2 minutes on foot;

- Carrefour Market (supermarket): 1 minute on foot;

- Farmacia Tonolli: 3 minutes on foot.



- From Rapallo Station, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 3 minutes;



- From Genoa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the bus to the station Piazza Acquaverde in front of the Principe FS station, from which you can take the train to the Rapallo stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.



- If you travel by car, free or paid parking (blue lines) on the street, NOT guaranteed;



To get to Portofino/Santa Margherita Ligure you can use:



- BOAT: The trips leave, with a frequency of one every hour, from the landing stage located right in the center of the Rapallo Promenade. (LINE 1 Rapallo – Portofino (to San Fruttuoso di Camogli)). The price of a single ride is about 10 euros, while a return trip is about 17 euros



- BUS: There is no direct line to Portofino. You must then get off at Santa Margherita on the Lungomare and reach the Terminus for Portofino, which is located a few meters ahead, right FROM the ROUNDABOUT. Here, take the first bus to Portofino, LINE 782.
