Casa con terraza encaramada en el acantilado, acceso directo al mar, playa 15min

Tendrás la sensación de estar en un barco con una vista espléndida del mar.

Casa pequeña pero bien equipada para 4 a 5 personas (máximo 4 adultos), con acceso independiente al segundo piso de una hermosa Villa histórica de finales de 1800 bien restaurada. Acabamos de renovar la ahora hermosa fachada y la terraza.

El alojamiento consta de 3 dormitorios: 1 doble y uno con dos camas individuales, ambos orientados al norte, frescos y tranquilos. El 3er dormitorio se utiliza generalmente como una oficina con un sofá cama convertible. Tenemos una cuna y una silla de bebé..

La terraza es espléndida, donde también se puede almorzar en invierno cuando hace buen tiempo, gracias a la exposición sur y las montañas detrás de la casa. La terraza se convierte en la verdadera sala de estar y comedor, desde la primavera hasta el otoño, incluso por la noche.

La casa está llena de encanto: encontrará hermosos libros en italiano, inglés, francés y alemán. Quizás la casa no es ideal para aquellos que aman los apartamentos modernos donde todo es esencial y 'anodino'.

El acceso más cercano al mar, visible en la foto, es principalmente rocoso, pero también equipado para niños, con agua dulce.
La playa de Bogliasco está a menos de 15 minutos a pie y hay establecimientos de baño, botes y canoas de alquiler. Lo mismo ocurre en Sori, a unos 3 km al este, de fácil acceso en autobús o tren.

Buenas conexiones ferroviarias para visitar Génova y las ciudades de la Riviera di Levante (desde Camogli hasta Cinque Terre). Estaciones de Pontetto (muy cerca, pero pocos trenes paran allí), Pieve a 600 metros, Bogliasco a 1 km. Excelente servicio de autobuses con paradas muy cerca de usted.

Hermosos paseos por las colinas detrás. No te pierdas el Monte di Santa Croce (70 min de la casa, 35 min de Pieve alta).

A stunning place with a unique view, fantastic location in an elegant ancient Palazzo d’epoca. This appartement is definitively highly recommended to all visitors who are looking for the ‘real Italian way of life’ (as Germans say). Apart from the excellent location (close to the sea, Bogliasco, Rapallo, Portofino, scenic Restaurants, Genova) we enjoyed the everyday life very much, cooking, spending time on the terrace with the outstanding view and short trips to the surroundings. Nice little shops are reachable in walking distance and the train and bus stops are nearby – public transport works in excellent manner. I can highly recommend this place for ‘insider vacation’ in bella Liguria.

The apartment is super cute, traditional and full of character - the pictures really don’t do it justice. The view of the sea out the front is unbelievable and such a pleasure to wake up to! The WiFi is a bit intermittent due to the age of the building and being a SIM card, so if it’s high up on your needs, it might not be for you. There’s also no air con but the apartment stays cool due to the thick walls, just make sure the shutters are closed when you go out in the day. We used a fan at night and this was sufficient. We walked into Bogliasco most days which was about 20 minutes, we enjoyed the walk and stayed there for a few hours to have a swim and some food. Laia gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and food upon arrival all of which we took and didn’t disappoint.Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in a characterful Italian home with a fantastic view.

Schon vor unserer Ankunft aber auch während des Aufenthaltes hatten wir netten Kontakt mit den Gastgeber Iaia und Roberto. Dabei waren sie sehr freundlich, beantworteten all unsere Fragen und organisierten sogar ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl für uns. Die Wohnung ist ein schöner Ort, liebevoll eingerichtet, mit schöner Terrasse und atemberaubendem Blick aufs Meer. Die Straße vor dem Haus war lauter als wir gehofft hatten. Im hinteren Schlafzimmer hört man sie aber zum Glück nicht.

Beautiful and relaxing

A fantastic holiday, with this charming apartment as the perfect base. The property is full of character, with a stunning view of the sea and a spacious outdoor terrace, again with that view of the sea. Really well connected, with trains into Genoa and nearby towns and also the Cinque Terre. And a good bus service. Beaches, restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Very helpful owners.

Beautiful and noisy

The flat has an astonishing view and it feels luxury to sit on the balcony and watch out on the very blue and sparkling Sea (as long as you are not disturbed by the sound of the road). Kitchen, Living Room and "Bureau" are very nicely furnished and Equipped. There is everything you could possibly need too cook etc. I like a lot that it is a real flat with real furniture not just the simplest modell from Ikea. What I was not happy about ist that the Sleeping Room with the "matrimonial" bed has no real window only a small hatch out onto a shaft. A Person with claustrophobia can not sleep in this room, nor in the second, so i would suggest, to put a Picture online from this room as well, because for me this was rather a shock.

Terrace with wonderful sea view

If you are looking for authentic Italian accommodation with charm then this is the perfect apartment. We have just enjoyed a week here. We took breakfast on the terrace every morning followed by a swim in one of the two rocky coves just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. For a beach day a short walk takes you to the beautiful Bogliasco with its wonderful restaurants or you can take the train from Pieve to explore the Ligurian coast and Genova as we did. Many thanks to the owners for being so helpful and attentive. We are so missing that view from the terrace!

Spectacular view

Sunsets were superb. I had no car but the apartment is very very close to 2 bus stops and about a 10 minute walk to the train. Wish I could go back in the summer as there are 2 awesome swimming spots. Great owners very accommodating. Only negative was limited internet access but it seems that may get better soon. I lived there for 3 mos so internet was more important than it would be for a vacationer.

By far the nicest people you could rent from

The apartment has a lot of charm and feels like the family home that it is. It is perfectly situated giving easy access to trains and buses to visit the lovely area and Genoa. I swam throughout the month of October at a lovely cove with spectacular cliffs which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It is one of the rare typical Ligurian homes I found that offered a terrace and the view is amazing, especially the spectacular sunsets, though the road in front can be noisy. The best thing about the apartment is the owners who are beyond kind and thoughtful in every way. I feel like I have made not only wonderful memories but also wonderful friends.

A cosy Ligurian nest

First, the geographical situation of Pieve – between the scenic Ligurian countryside and majestic Genoa – is a very good compromise for those who seek to explore both. Then, the apartment itself is indeed full of charm and authenticity, with a truly breath-taking view. It can be a bit noisy due to the adjacent road, but it’s fully tolerable. Every facility one would need is in a walking distance from the apartment – excellent restaurants and fine grocery shops, animated cafes, a beach. One of the best things about this rental, though, was its hospitable owners, very considerate and flexible people.

Very comfortable apartment in a beautiful setting

Our family of four enjoyed a two month stay in Pieve Ligure in September and October 2013. The apartment has lots of character and the view of the sea from the apartment and the terrace are gorgeous. I will never forget that view! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen was very well equipped, only missing a microwave. The apartment is within walking distance of small and large grocery stores, restaurants, a rocky swimming hole, and nice beach in Bogliasco. You can take the train from Pieve and explore the rest of the amazing Ligurian coast. My children really enjoyed the toys and books provided and the large terrace space. We all loved the delicious Italian cuisine! The owners are friendly, generous, and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more.

"Maybe it is better if this house stays a secret so nobody can claim it before we do again... ;) It is just wonderful, the view is breathtaking, the swimspot nearby just gorgeous. We had an unforgetable holiday. There is the road in front, which is noisy, but that doesn''t matter that much to us. Also the fact that good bakeries, a supermarket and restaurants and other beaches are at walking distance is so nice. We highly reccomend this freshly painted, cosy and well furnished house at the clear sea of the Paradise Coast. The owners are sweet too."

"Very nice apartment with a terrace with a wonderful view (the sea, boats, etc). The flat is very cosy furnished. There''s a supermarket and a bus-stop nearby so it''s easy to go to the wonderful city Genova. The owners are friendly and helpful. Only one small disadvantage: the terrace is a bit noisy during the day because of the road nearby. Nevertheless I highly recommend the place."

"If you get to stay here, you are lucky. We fell in love with the property. Superior to a five-star hotel. Unparalleled view of the sea, three comfortable bedrooms, easy walking distance to the train station. Perfect location from which to visit nearby Cinque Terre, Portofino, Camogli, and the Italian Riviera in general. The homeowners were wonderful to work with too."
