Villa Jardin is located on a hill called Es Puig de la Vila, in a very quiet area with panoramic views enclosed in a 20.000 m² land, 350 m from the main town of San José where you will find all the necessary amenities such as a supermarkets, chemist, petrol station, banks, restaurants, taxis, etc.
All the beaches of the south coast such as Ses Salinas, Cala Jundal, Cala Conta, Cala Tarida or Cala d'Hort and it's emblematic islet of Es Vedra are within 12 Km, while Ibiza town is at 14 Km.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 8 people.
On the ground floor there is a dining room with large table in the kitchen area, -a large living room with sofa, Satellite TV 42" full HD, DVD player, HIFI, portable iPhone stereo speakers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, etc...
There is a chill-out area above the kitchen.
On this floor there are 2 twin bedrooms with beds 90x200 equipped with fans, 1 double bedroom with double bed 160x200 with air conditioning and 1 complete bathroom with double shower.
On the first floor there is First floor 1 double bedroom with double bed 160x200 with air conditioning, private balcony and 1 en-suite fully equipped shower room.
Outside there is a covered dining area with wooden table and chairs, barbecue area, gas griddle, large patio, gardens with terraces, pond and natural fountain, 350m2 lawn area with Balinese wooden gazebo with cushions, table and benches, picnic area and the swimming pool (5.5 m x 12m) with natural salt cleaning system (no chlorine) equipped with teak sun loungers.
The villa comes complete with a laundry room with washing machine and iron and a spacious parking area for 12 cars.
