Exquisite Sea View Apartment with Shared Pool- 24E
A luxurious apartment in a private condominium with ocean views. Brand new and fully finished to a very high standard, the location of the apartment is splendid... a short walk from the beach. Lourinhã town is a 3 minute drive from the development so all amenities from restaurants and cafes to supermarkets and farmers’ market are at hand. Enjoy delicious meals at our on-site restaurant, whether you dine in or choose takeaway making it easy to relax and enjoy your vacation.
Located on the ground floor, the apartment entrance leads to a spacious living room and fully fitted modern designer kitchen that has everything to make your cooking easy but special.
The 3 bedrooms, with large comfortable beds, are beautifully decorated with 3 marble bathrooms (all are ensuite) and fitted cupboards. The area opens to a large terrace - perfect for relaxing in the sun whilst enjoying the sunset views and alfresco dinning. There is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. An open but covered parking space is available in the level below the whole block of the apartments. The block has elevators from the parking area to the units.
Lisbon and its international airport are a short 40 mins drive. There is Fibre Wifi, Smart TV and air conditioning through out the apartment.
For the more active holiday maker, Silver Coast offers a haven for all sports from surfing to golf, to cycling. For those wanting to just enjoy the area, we can recommend places to visit including vineyards to try the local wines.
