RAISED GROUND FLOOR
Here lies the heart of the home with the drawing room off the hallway, complete with high ceilings, fireplaces, plush sofas, curated artwork, and a stunning chandelier. The drawing room also opens to the formal dining area and a balcony that overlooks the garden. Please note that whilst board and cards games are welcome to be played at the table, it is a very delicate antique and meals are preferred to be taken in the kitchen downstairs.
To the right of the hallway is a guest WC.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

This floor also includes a family bathroom with double sinks and a shower over bath. (Please note: the study on this floor will be locked.)

No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. Children & toddlers are welcome but under close supervision. Please note that the house is not equipped for child safety. A wooden high chair in the TV room can be used for babies up to 3 years. There is building work happening next door, however please note the noisy work is now finished. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old.
