Loved our stay in North Scottsdale!

We stayed at this property for three weeks and loved the location, cleanliness of property and how well this house worked for us and our dog! Jeff was great to work with and we hope to stay again next year!!

Beautiful home and yard

We spent about 3 weeks at the home, very clean and nicely equipped. We loved the backyard and pool, spent lots of time enjoying that space. Neighborhood is nice with lots of places to walk. Close to lots of stores and activities. Definitely would stay again.

Great home!

We stayed here for a month and were very pleased with the home. We were impressed from the moment we walked in the home. The house was very clean and cared for. The home was near trails, golf courses, shopping and restaurants. Jeff was a great host and was helpful with any questions we had about the area. We look forward to staying here again!

Good property and house, but Noisy Street at Night

We had a great relaxing time and got to enjoy many aspects of the valley. Only down side of the property is the proximity to the street and encountered some street racing and loud vehicles at night.

Perfect Home, Great Location

We absolutely loved the home and the area. It has a fantastic large backyard with a beautiful pool which we really enjoyed. The area was just perfect with lots of walking paths and green spaces. We bought our small dog with us and she loved her two walks a day. The location was close to all amenities for shopping, restaurants, golf and even pickle ball. The house was very clean and spacious. The owner, Jeff was great and always available if you needed anything and was very informative on the our arrival and departure. We would definitely rent this property again. Our whole experience was fantastic!

Great home - Great host!!

We can’t say enough great things about how the host helped our group. We originally rented a large home that had numerous problems. Jeff was able to accommodate us last minute with 3 beautiful homes just 2 blocks away from each other all in the community of Grayhawk in Scottsdale. The homes were very clean, had great beds and nice private backyards with private pools/jacuzzis. He also helped with restaurant, massage & transportation reservations. We hope to stay there again for future trips to the area.

Great Grayhawk Neighborhood

Recently stayed at Jeff's place in the Grayhawk area. The house is close to 2 grocery stores and restaurants as well as other shopping areas. We were primarily there for a visit to Mayo Phx which was only a 7 minute drive away. The house is very comfortable, clean, and has a great backyard pool. While it's close to a busy street, the yard is surrounded by a solid concrete block wall which made it very private. On a rare occasion we heard a motorcycle driving by, but noise never bothered us during the evening. Jeff was a good host and quickly responsive if we needed anything. Thumbs UP!

Perfect!

We stayed for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. The house is absolutely perfect. Extremely clean with all the amenities you need. Even extra space for you own personal items. Check in and out was very smooth. We did not need to contact the host for anything during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Start to Finish

First let me say that Jeff is an extraordinarily responsive and available host. So before I even arrived, I was completely confident that the whole experience would go smoothly. And it did! The home is exactly as pictured. Lovely! And the pool/yard is to die for! The space was ultra clean, well equipped, and within walking distance of numerous trails, restaurants, the grocery store, Starbucks, a juice/smoothie bar, yoga studio, nail salon, and more. It’s easy to get to the 101 so most everywhere we went was no more than 20 minutes away. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and definitely plan to book this home again the next time we come to Scottsdale!

Great home and location....

We enjoy staying in Jeff’s home and he was a great property owner and very responsive. This home was in a great location, great access to just about anything you’d like to do. We walked, hiked, biked, golfed and enjoyed family and friends visiting us and definitely enjoyed the pool! We brought along our two dogs and it was perfect (big dog, little dog) we took them on safe walks everyday and they sure enjoyed the space in the backyard. Could use a few more dishes, especially if you like to cook and entertain. Fry’s grocery store was a walk away and about 3 minutes via vehicle. You will enjoy staying here, We will be back ☀️

Fantastic house in a fantastic neighborhood!

My family and I spent our holiday break here and absolutely loved every minute of it! The house was a perfect size for our family of 4, with an absolutely fantastic back yard! It is in the Greyhawk neighborhood of N. Scottsdale, which has sand volleyball, tennis/pickleball courts and basketball courts a short walk from the house. Jeff was a fantastic host. He was very friendly and responsive. Honestly, you couldn't ask for better communication and followup. This was our first time to Scottsdale and we will definitely be back! If we are lucky we'll be back in this property! :)

Great Getaway to a Swimming Oasis

Our family visited for a week from California, our main requirement was to have a swimming pool for our boys (7&5) to enjoy! This rental was perfect for us! We were in the fantastic pool several hours each day. We loved the look and feel of the pool and that there were umbrellas to sit under in the hot Arizona sun. It was hotter than we expected, however once in the pool, the heat was no matter, and provided the water with a comfortable temperature to swim in. We were impressed with the house, and thought it was better than the photos! We enjoyed TVs with premium channels and Netflix. The rooms were spacious, and the washer and dryer were a great amenity to have throughout the week. Jeff was a superb host, texting us about events happening around town for the 4th of July. We also wanted to continue to isolate and social distance, and we were able to do this here with Instacart grocery delivery and local restaurant delivery. We loved the recommendations from Jeff's son, in a neat, informative brochure, that helped us find some great food options nearby. We also caught a drive-in movie, that allowed us to again be social distanced, while doing something fun and special with our kids. The house was very clean upon arrival, which was important to us as well. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we hope to be back again! Thank you Jeff!

Nestled in Paradise

My family spent two weeks at this property and we had a fantastic vacation! The house was everything we needed! Everyone had plenty of space!! We spent most of the time in the fantastic pool, grilling out and just relaxing. The owner was great! We absolutely loved our time at this property!!

Perfect Getaway Rental

We rented this Scottsdale home to get away from cold spring weather in Colorado when there was nothing to do because of COVID. The home and especially the pool and backyard were perfect for our family of 4. The house was clean, updated and well stocked with necessities from kitchenware to bath/bed linens to cleaning and hygiene products. The pool was just the right size for fun in the sun and the huge back yard is big enough for yard games and playing catch. The location is convenient to stores and restaurants. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive to questions. He also cares about quality and takes very good care of the property. We will definitely rent this home again!

Perfect!

We loved staying at Jeff’s home in north Scottsdale! Extremely clean home with everything you would need. Loved the pool complete with 6 lounge chairs, pool floats and a small outdoor table. Neighborhood was super quiet and had lots of walking trails. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Check in was super easy. Very comfortable home, we will definitely be back!

Great house with fabulous backyard

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this house. It has all the amenities you could need. Plenty of space with huge master bedroom. We stayed during COVID and couldn't be happier being "quarantined" here. The pool in the backyard was amazing complete with a great waterfall. The yard is nicely landscaped and it's a good size for the kids to run around. The Grayhawk community has bike trails throughout - we enjoyed riding our bikes. Location is great with lots of restaurants near by. Highly recommend!

Family of four on spring break

Property is very nice and very comfortable from the furniture to the beds. Quite safe neighborhood. Property backs to a fairly busy street but the back yard is surrounded by brick wall so no issues with privacy. Really liked the back yard and pool - relaxing.

Amazing trip and perfect accommodations!

We had the best time staying at this property. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 7. We were so comfortable and everything was immaculate. The pool and backyard really make the house and everything felt new and well stocked. Jeff was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend this property, we hope to return.
