Everyone had a great time! Loved the activities provided inside and outside the home. Hot tub was warm upon arrival. It was very hot out and we were a little disappointed that the retractable patio covering was not working. Also, the hot and cold water faucet in Master Bath is reversed. We figured it out when a guest using the shower mentioned that their shower was cold. House was well stocked with amenities and very clean inside.

We had everything we needed for our stay and the property was in a good location for us

We stayed at the property and used as a base to play golf courses in Scottsdale, for us having the various games at the house like the pool table was good

Fantastic rental for families

Great house for families. My adult children had a wonderful time staying here. Tons of fun games and wonderful backyard. Many great memories were made during our stay. Lots of kitchen basics are provided making cooking for a big group easy.

We had an excellent time at The Chadwick. The check-in was flawless and the place was great - well stocked with necessary kitchen items (utensils, spices, oil, etc.), games (pool, ping pong, video games, foosball, etc.), hottub, firepit, BBQ, etc. Clean and within quick Uber (or Waymo if you dare) to Oldtown and other activities. We all enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot for fun weekend trip

The house is great - it has four comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space. It's filled with entertainment options, including a pool table, foosball table and video game console. The back yard is filled with more fun - ping pong, hot tub, and grill. Overall the location is perfect, being a five minute Uber to Old Town and close the golf courses and spring training. We came down for a golf trip and we'll definitely stay here again!

Pleasantly Surprised

The check in process was super easy and the host let us check in before the normal check in time because the place wasn’t rented the night before. There were 4 adults visiting for a work meeting and golf. We were very comfortable in our private rooms with plenty of activities to do around the house. The house was nicely updated and very clean. It was in a great location and overall a great stay!

This property location is perfect for being near Old Town. The property is not filthy but could be cleaner. The hot tub was not usable it looked to dirty to use. It has adequate towels and linens.

Spacious home with fun amenities!

Plenty of room to spread out, the whole house was very comfortable and super clean. The owners were very nice and responded quickly to my inquiries. This home is in a great location in Scottsdale! Not too far from much! The cold water bottles were a really nice touch! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We will be back!

Don’t miss out!

If you’re looking for a place to stay that is clean with great amenities this is it!! We celebrated my husband’s birthdays with our family and there is truly something for everyone! The grandkids loved the arcade games and the adults loved the corn hole, ping pong and pool table. We weren’t able to use the fire pit due to the warm weather but this backyard is a dream! Location is great as well…close to parks and downtown Scottsdale. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

GREAT STAY!

The Chadwick was perfect for our family! The various entertainment options in house is what initially sold us on The Chadwick, as they kept us entertained while spending time in the house: pool table, ping pong table, bags, foozeball, and arcade game. The hot tub was much appreciated after hiking all day. Most importantly, the house was CLEAN! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. The beds were very comfortable with super soft linens! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, with friendly neighbors. And the location was so CLOSE to Old Town Scottsdale!! And I mut mention that communication with the owner was quick and easy. We will recommend The Chadwick to friends, and certainly stay there again if/when we return to Arizona!

Great location, great house for Spring Training

We just returned from a 5 night stay at The Chadwick and I'm sure that this won't be the last time we stay there. When we arrived I took my grandson in to check out the place and as he ran from room to room he exclaimed, "Nana! There's a TV in every room!" Pretty much a dream come true for him, but then he saw the video games and the Foosball table! The place was very well equipped for our party of 7 ranging from age 2- 60+. We did lots of cooking and appreciated having all the stuff we needed for making our breakfasts and dinners. When I inquired in advance of our visit if there were condiments and other "basic" kitchen supplies, we arrived to find Mayo, mustard, ketchup and cooking oil along with a few other supplies waiting for us. It was an easy 20 minute walk to Scottsdale Stadium with Old Town Scottsdale just another half mile further. The house was nicely updated, clean and well-organized and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. Hope to stay here again on our next Spring Training visit.

My family and I stayed here to attend spring training games. It was a good place for this. The location is in a nice neighborhood, close to Old Town Scottsdale, and easy access to highways to get to the spring training ballparks. Also, we walked to the nearby greenway for some nice morning walks. The house was overall clean. The kitchen is well stocked. The house is a little worn around the edges, but that is somewhat expected of a rental property. It didn’t hinder our stay. The hot tub was warm and clean. Would consider staying here again.

Great property with nice amenities

Highly recommend the property. My wife and I rented this house for a long weekend to spend some time with our son and his girlfriend who are attending ASU. We prefer renting VRBO then using hotels when we visit our kids at college so we can spend more quality time together. We selected the property because it looked spacious and had a number of amenities that we thought would enjoy. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a home cooked meal. We also enjoyed being able to use the pool table, arcade game, corn hole and enjoyed the outdoor patio space. The four rooms available was more than what we needed but it was nice to spread out and the property could easily accommodate more guests. If available we may hope to rent the unit again rather than stay near Tempe and bring our three other kids with us when we return in December to celebrate another ASU Graduate!!

Comfortable home with all the amenities

The house was just as described. It was well-stocked with towels and bed linens and the kitchen had pantry items like spices and oils as well as cleaning products and paper products. Loved the pool table and cool lighting! We made good use of the outdoor area with its ample seating, hot tub, firepit, and ping pong table. The owner was eager to please and the check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. I don't hesitate to recommend this property.

Golf excursion

This house was perfect for a golfing foursome, each person had their own private bedroom.The kitchen, dining, living area is spacious and up to date. Enjoyable to sit in the ‘clean’ hot tub after a round, and to be able to relax around the warmth of the fire pit. Also, great location, near to Old Scottsdale and any number of restaurants, and close, convenient access to the freeway...... The owner was great, readily available for any questions or concerns, and he was in communication to make sure our stay was trouble free
