Awesome place for our group! Plenty of sleeping options, perfect sized kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of pillows & blankets! Walking distance to restaurants & stores! Stayed here for work & it was a very pleasant stay. Would definitely rebook if we come back to the area!

Place was clean, had lots of sleeping space and private bedrooms, and exactly what our inter generational, multi-family group needed for visiting others in town. The arcade game was a huge hit with our kids. Communication was great and check-in very easy! Some aspects of an old home that didn’t work great for us—some indoor doors didn’t close all the way or easily, a running toilet, some bathtub fixtures need repair, and heating was inconsistent in various bedrooms.

Good MSP location

Clean property which gave us lots of sleeping options for our family of 6. Conveniently located within 20 minutes of most MSP attractions. Cool neighborhood with a lot of restaurants nearby.

Perfect place for a quick trip to Minneapolis

House was cute and clean, location was a short drive to major attractions.Back alley was a little sketchy, but front of house seemed safer.Good communication for access.Would recommend!

Perfect for the family!

Check-in and stay were great. We are a big family so we love a full kitchen to cook. Everything we needed was there and the grocery store was only a couple minutes away. Thanks Rachael, the place was very homey!

Sleeps 14. It's a tight squeeze but clean, plenty of linens, and comfortable. The location is great, close to lots of places to eat.

Spacious Property and Great Location

This property was perfect for my group. The individual rooms felt very private when we needed space to ourselves and everything was very clean. Uptown (the neighborhood) had everything - grocery stores, bars, restaurants, shops - just outside the front door. And the option walk down Lake St. to the lakes was awesome.

Great hub for the weekend

Cute older home was perfect for family to meet up during weekend graduation activities. Kitchen had all we needed, lots of space to relax, more than enough rooms and beds for sleeping arrangements. Unique and comfortable!!

Overall good. The parking pad needs some attention: it is raised off the ground and it scrapes the bottom of your car as you drive on or off of it. The house had all the room we needed. Some new kitchen pots and pans would hep. But overall it was a good experience.

The kitchen and other amenities were well stocked. Felt like home. Enjoyed the Victorian style home and rooms. Safe neighborhood which was close to grocery and other shopping. Street parking was available and appreciated private park in back. Very nice and enjoyable.

Comfortable home, good location

My family of four stayed here Christmas week. The water the first morning was ice cold So I texted the host. She replied immediately and had her handyman stop by within the hour. We had hot water in record time. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable, and we were quite happy with our stay.

Stunning and well appointed home, 10/10!!

I would recommend this home to anyone! In the heart of uptown, close to the lakes, gorgeous decor and furniture. Well appointed Kitchen both downstairs and upstairs-the second kitchen and second shower were a huge bonus for our big group. We were in town for a wedding and had plenty of space. 10/10 would stay again! Wonderful thank you!!

Cute house with great amenities

Inside of the house was great and very clean. Lots of handy kitchen amenities and linens. While the house is a few blocks away from a really cool neighborhood, this block and the couple on either side I would describe as “up and coming”. Not terrible, but not super walkable or enjoyable to be outside. Parking is pretty tight but that’s the reality of the location. Really appreciate the toddler and baby amenities like highchair, bin of toys, and day beds in room.

Great location! Such a cute character house!

This house was great for our family! We had 13, 11 adults and 2 kids. It was tight but we fit. There were a couple blow up mattresses that we managed to put a couple places. Very interesting and well maintained house. No issues with parking! So close to so many things! Great experience.

Writing and advertising were my previous career ventures before becoming a vacation rental host full time. I also love any excuse to travel :)

Great for big groups, business trips, and adventurers! The location and interior design are my favorite parts of my home! The immediate neighbors are quiet and friendly, and the neighborhood is vibrant and lively!
Its close to so many great restaurants and activities, as well as public transportation, that it really is the perfect place to get a taste of all that Minneapolis has to offer!

The tin ceiling, light fixtures, and kitchen remodel are my favorite spaces in the house. I added some unique decor and personal touches that make the hope extra cozy :)

There are 3 steps that lead to the front door. The master bedroom and a half bathroom are on the first floor. The other 3 bedrooms (one of them being the suite) are on the second floor.

There is a full bathroom upstairs, and the suite has a kitchenette as well as a big shower/tub.

Due to the showers being upstairs, I would not consider the home wheel-chair accessible
