The apartment consists of an open kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and coffee maker. The living area includes a dining table, a sofa that becomes a sofa bed if needed, and television. A balcony completes the living area.

The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed. Completing the layout are two bathrooms, both equipped with shower stalls; one of the two bathrooms has a Hamman and Sauna shower in which to relax at the end of the day.
