Entry and Living Area

The entrance opens directly into the living space. The living/dining area features a large corner sofa, perfect for the whole family, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, and Wi-Fi.

The adjacent dining area has a beautiful table to accommodate the entire family.

The kitchen, separated by a glass partition, is modern and functional, equipped with many appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Continuing from the living area, you will find a bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed, which can be separated into two single beds (90x200 cm) if needed, along with storage space.

A WC with a hand basin is also available on this level.

Upstairs, there are two comfortable and bright bedrooms with dressing areas, as well as a large bathroom with a shower and a WC.

The first bedroom has a sea view and a double bed (180x200 cm).

The second bedroom also has a small sea view and includes a bunk bed (90x190 cm) and two single beds (90x190 cm).

All beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses.

For Families with Young Children

A baby kit is provided, including a travel cot with a comfortable mattress, a high chair, and a baby bath.

Games and books are available for children.

Practical Spaces

The basement can be used to store bicycles or water sports equipment. A washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.

Outdoor Area

The exterior is in its original state and currently under renovation, making access somewhat difficult. It is not fenced.

However, if you wish, you can set up outdoor furniture in front of the garage or at the rear of the house for a quieter spot.

It is easy to park two vehicles in front of the house.

Linens

Linens are not provided, but “beds made upon arrival” are available at the following rates:

€20 for a double bed, towels included

€15 for a single bed, towels included

Please indicate your choice of bed and whether you prefer separate beds when booking. Payment is made directly on-site.

A peaceful and pleasant stay!

As you enter, you go straight into the living area, the modern, functional kitchen with its many amenities, dishwasher and NESPRESSO COFFEE. The kitchen is separate from the living room, and the pleasant feature is the large glass roof that gives a view of the large living room.
