In this unique setting, the typical stone house offers a splendid view of the sea and the Carantec golf course from every room.



The Space:

A place to relax, dream, go to the beach, or, on the contrary, enjoy a more active vacation, close to the golf course, the GR34 hiking trail, fishing, and water sports.

Ideal for vacations with family or friends. The house is spacious and bright, fully equipped, and can accommodate up to 9 people. It comprises:



- On the ground floor: a living room with a wood-burning stove and an adjoining garden, a kitchen opening onto a large dining room with a fireplace and TV, and a toilet.

- Above the living room, a master bedroom with a double bed and a superb view of the sea and the golf course.

- On the first level: a master bedroom with a double bed, shower, and sink, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower, double sink, and toilet.



- On the upper level: a large dormitory with 3 single beds

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

- The €250 deposit is not cashed (bank imprint)

- Your concierge will be at your disposal during your stay.

- Tourist tax is payable on site according to the current rate by check or cash (except Airbnb and Booking.com).

- Pets are not allowed.



OPTIONAL SERVICES

- Bed and bath linens are not included in the price. The rental fee is €30/person.

- Cleaning must be done by the tenant at the end of the stay. An "interim cleaning" fee is charged at the time of booking (including bath mats, tea towels, cleaning products, disinfection, and house preparation between rentals). For those who prefer not to worry about cleaning before departure, we also offer an optional "full cleaning" fee for €100.

- Early arrivals or late departures may be possible upon request and subject to availability (additional charge).
