The ideal holiday base for friends and family who are looking for an action-packed holiday on the beach. Perla Resort Holiday Home 273 is a 2nd-floor apartment for 6 people just a few meters from San Pietro Beach. The resort is well-appointed with activities for all ages so guests can get the most out of Lalzit Bay.

The open-plan living area is furnished with a corner sofa and a flat-screen TV, next to glass doors that lead out to the private balcony. The balcony is furnished with a sofa and armchairs, where guests can relax and enjoy their peaceful surroundings. Back inside, there is a dining table next to the new, fitted kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Children will particularly enjoy the resort’s gardens, large swimming pool (additional fee) and a playground on the beach. Adults can relax on sun loungers by the pool whilst the children play in the water. The resort also has tennis and basketball courts (additional fee) as well as a bar and supermarket on site. There are sunbeds and parasols available on the beach, for a daily fee. On the seafront, by the resort, guests will find a range of restaurants and bars.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a bunk bed, a single bed and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts to an additional single bed.

The apartment has two separate bathrooms, each with a shower, a basin, bidet and WC.

Location
Lalzit Bay is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Albania. The bay is known for its child-friendly beaches, good restaurants and bars. More active guests can enjoy scuba diving, jet-skiing, water-skiing and a children’s playground. For self-catering there are several good supermarkets close by, as well as some smaller shops.

There is plenty for visitors to do away from the coast, with many charming hill towns. Kruje (1 hour) is home to 5th-century Kruje Castle, as well as Kruje Bazaar which dates back to the 17th century. Here you can find authentic Albanian carpets, textiles and ceramics. There are also hiking routes in the surrounding mountains which range from the easy to the challenging. Adults will also enjoy a tour of Duka Winery and Vineyard (15-minutes drive) which includes wine tasting and a fine lunch.

Tirana is a 45-minute drive and makes a great day trip. It is an eclectic mix of Ottoman, Soviet and Fascist architecture. The city is easy to explore on foot. Blloku is an exciting, young area, full of cafés and interesting boutiques. The main square – Skanderbeg Square is a must-see. The city’s markets offer a window into everyday life. The New Market, Pazari Ri offers a wide range of local produce.

Tirana International Airport is just a 40-minute drive from the apartment.
