This superb, luxury 6 en-suite bedroom villa in Komurluk, Kalkan, enjoys significant popularity among the more discerning guest. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, and has an impressive, large games room on the lower ground level.

Located in the prestigious Kömurlük area of Kalkan, Villa Gozcu occupies a generous plot and boasts a prime location within easy walking distance to Palm Beach Club and Zest Beach Club.
The space
Ground/Entrance Floor
Upon arrival at the villa, steps take you down to the entrance and pool level, and you will immediately notice the villa’s distinctive design. The expansive terrace, includes a shaded dining area to seat up to 12 guests, plus stairs to a pergola shaded (not shown in photos), full sea view seating area with privacy screening to one side (not shown in photos). The curved infinity pool with Roman style walk-in steps at either end, is around 11m long x 5m wide, and can be heated (extra charge applies). The terrace and pool benefit from sunlight throughout the entire day, and there are some stunning sunsets.

The villa features a striking open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with nearly full glass frontage. The kitchen incorporates an island with bar stools, is very well stocked, and includes an American style fridge freezer with built-in cold water dispenser. This level also includes a double bedroom with an en-suite shower-room and access to a delightful private terrace and garden area.

Lower Ground Floor Level
The villa features an impressive games room and final bedroom on the lower ground level, where a large room has been thoughtfully designed to offer a variety of leisure activities, in an air-conditioned environment. Small windows have been strategically installed to allow natural light and there is a door to the outside garden area too. The amenities include table tennis, a billiard table, gym equipment (cross trainer, treadmill, exercise bike), TV with DVD player. This expansive area is equipped with its own WC and basin.

Also on this level is another twin bedroom with an en-suite shower-room and access to a secluded rear terrace area, which also has outside steps to the ground/entrance level.

First Floor
The first floor, accessible via an elegant marble staircase, features three spacious bedrooms, including two double rooms and one twin room, each equipped with an en-suite shower-room. The main bedroom offers beautiful sea views through a large curved window and includes a furnished sea view balcony. The second double bedroom is furnished with a Juliet balcony and access to a terrace area. The twin bedroom also features a balcony.

Second Floor
Up another level to the top floor is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower-room (height restrictions may apply due to apex roof), and a spacious roof terrace offering stunning views. Although the roof terrace isn’t furnished, there are bean bags in the games room to use.

The walk to Kalkan’s centre and harbour area, which has various restaurants, takes approximately 15 minutes. There is also a pathway from Kömürlük to the public beach and harbour area, taking about 10 minutes, though it is quite uneven. Alternatively, you can access the harbour via water taxis from nearby Palm or Zest beach clubs. These beach clubs provide direct access to the sea through bathing platforms. Palm Beach Club includes a small private pebbly beach, while Zest Beach Club has a swimming pool. Sun loungers and parasols are available for an all day fee, and each beach club has a restaurant with a sea view.

Bedroom 2: Ground Floor – double en-suite bedroom opening onto furnished garden terrace.
Bedroom 3: First Floor – twin en-suite bedroom opening onto furnished balcony.

Bedroom 5: First Floor – double en-suite bedroom with furnished balcony.
Bedroom 6: Second Floor – twin en-suite with apex roof in bedroom and shower-room, doors to unfurnished roof terrace.

Outside
The pool terrace features a private, curved swimming pool (approximately 11m x 5m) with walk-in Roman style steps at either end. 12 sunbeds, parasols, superb sea views, comfy seating area around the pool, plus stairs to an elevated pergola covered further seating area taking advantage of stunning sea and harbour views. There is al-fresco dining table and chairs to seat 12, gas BBQ and well kept gardens.
