¡El hermoso Blue Water Escape! ¡Experimente sus vistas panorámicas de la terraza de la azotea con una ubicación en el corazón de Bradenton Beach a la vuelta de la esquina de Bridge Street! Este dúplex de tres pisos comienza con una caminata hasta el primer piso sobre un garaje equipado con equipos de playa para su uso durante su estadía. El segundo piso también incluye un dormitorio Queen, tercer baño, un área de loft y espacio de oficina. Hay una segunda terraza con vista al golfo fuera de cada habitación. Salga de una puerta del segundo piso a las escaleras exteriores que suben al balcón de la azotea con muchos asientos para toda la familia. Kitchen and laundry were well appointed. Overall, we really liked the place and the location. Some minor complaints: the water pressure in the 2nd floor bathroom sinks was very low (the shower pressure was fine), the kitchen sink spigot needs to be tightened, and the carpeting is showing some wear.

The condo is wonderful. It’s spacious, open, clean and chicly decorated. We really enjoyed spending time there. The location is fabulous, directly across from the Gulf. And directly across the street from a very good restaurant, the beach house. It’s a bit of a trek to St Armand’s Circle, 35 minutes, so it’s not a good location for shopping. But for beaching and relaxing it’s wonderful.

The location was fantastic, the host communicated well and the space was great! Also liked having beach towels and chairs and fans in the room so we didn’t have to travel with them. Washer and dryer were also convenient. The king bed was comfortable, as were the twins, but the queen was lacking support. Parking was also extremely difficult with a minivan. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

Lovely place and excellent location

This place was beautiful and clean, plenty of room for 6 of us. The views were amazing from the master bedroom/bathroom and the rooftop deck. Great location right across from the beach and close to stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend it.

Yearly Family Outing!

We enjoyed the area, warm weather and the friendly environment!! The house was in a great location!! The house was beautiful and had everything you would need for the week. Walking distance to the beach, bar and grills and shopping. We loved our week away from the cold Iowa weather!!

We stayed at the Blue Water Escape on Bradenton Beach and it met all of our expectations! The place was clean and kept up! There was six of us and we had plenty of room. Location was great for the beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

This was our 2nd stay at this property on Bradenton Beach. We love the location that is a couple of blocks from all the food and entertainment you need. The house itself is clean and spacious with multiple balconies and a roof top view to enjoy the Gulf views. We will be back!

Exceeded Expectations

This place was above and beyond what you could want in a beach vacation place. The location is so close to the beach, there is a great pizza place right next door. The house is very clean, very roomy, has all the accommodations you could possibly need. The balconies are great and the rooftop is a great place to watch the sunset if you don't make it to the beach to see it. The shower pressure is awesome, the beds are comfortable. The check-in and check-out process is super efficient. Great, great place!!!

Beautiful House Steps from the Beach

The house might be even nicer in person. Beautiful views from almost every window and the roof deck is private with a stunning view of the ocean. A balcony in all three bedrooms. We love the location because our three teens can safely do their own thing on Bridge Street and we are steps from the beach. This was our wedding week and the house was perfect for entertaining small groups of friends from out of town. The garage had a ton of beach gear for us to use and there were plenty of kitchen and cleaning supplies. The only basics we had to buy that have been supplied in other houses were salt and pepper and laundry detergent, but that’s just a heads up and not a criticism. Beautiful property and the communication was great. Definitely recommend.

Good location and nice property

It was fine. Be aware that you are not renting the whole house. Part of the house is segregated to another person that has some role in managing the property. She did a very passive/aggressive thing by parking behind us and blocking us in. She said we were supposed to park on the other side of the driveway. That's fine, but somebody needs to tell us that. She could have just knocked on the door instead blocking us in and making me find her. Property is nice, but there is no basic staples there. Be prepared to buy all the basics for the kitchen. Not even a coffee filter. They give you one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. You can't beat the views and the beach though. Great area. Most everything is in walking distance.

Definitely a great location SO close to the beach and with lots of fun things to do within a short walking distance. In our Reservation Confirmation we let you know what our starter kit consists of and in these challenging times, for the safety of our guests, we don’t supply any items that are not in their original packaging. We will expand our property information to make sure it is very clear that parking for this unit is on the left side of the parking area and only available for two cars at this property. We are sorry that the person in the other unit felt the need to make their point in the manner they did. We know the Island becomes a place to return to over and over for most of our guests. Great Property, Location and Owners

Staying at the Blue Water Escape for a week in Bradenton Beach was a wonderful experience. We have been to the area 8-10 times previously and this property, location and the owners are at the top of the list of places we have stayed! This was an easy 5 star review to give out. Super clean, all amenities were thoughtfully taken care of, 3 different balconies/roof top to enjoy the gulf view, close walk to Bridge St, and great owners! The only negative was that we couldn't stay longer!
