Experience the quintessential island lifestyle as you are just steps to the gorgeous beaches of Anna Maria Island. Walk to restaurants and local shopping. Beautifully furnished and ready for maximum enjoyment. There is plenty of versatile, accommodating space bestowing three bedrooms and two baths for family, friends or guests. An extension of living space granting the enviable indoor-outdoor experience is found on the expansive second-floor outdoor deck where you can relax and dine alfresco. The accentuated interiors include vaulted ceilings and a spiral staircase to the guest bedrooms, adding flair and style. Optimal storage capacity for vehicles, toys and beach items is afforded in the two-car garage. This single-family home resides in a small complex of only six homes in Paradise Village. Residents and guests value the heated community pool at North Beach Village which is included. There is a short stroll to the public beach and the free island trolly for maximum convenience. This island home makes for the perfect getaway!

Nice place close to beach and individually owned

Nice property close to the beach and with plenty of supplies, both for the beach and for rainy days. The pool was disappointing for the kids, a long list of rules and rather small. But I don't come to AMI for the pool, so it didn't bother me. A slight mixup with the door code was resolved quickly by the owners who stayed on the phone until they were sure we made it in. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Would rent again.

Small slice of paradise

Curt's place was absolutely perfect for my family of 5! The location was central to everything we wanted to explore on the island. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the northern end of the Island (we preferred those beaches as they're a bit less crowded). Curt had great recommendations for places to check out and was incredibly responsive. Thank you, Curt!

Spring Break

We were so impressed by the kindness and attentiveness of our host as well as the amenities available in the house and for the beach to make our stay so enjoyable. The house was clean, well equipped, located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We would highly recommend this property.

Great space and close to the beach!

The wagon, bikes, beach chairs, etc were so nice! The kitchen has plenty of cookware and dishes. We would def stay here again!

Perfect AMI location

Curt was an excellent host and we had frequent conversation regarding the property condition coming off of the hurricane 9 months ago. The lanai/porch was not available due to scheduled repair and would have made our stay even better. With this said, we had a very nice time and appreciated the communication throughout. Beach chairs, bikes, and cart was also very nice to have and used throughout our stay. Great location and central to everything.

Lovely Lanai in the trees

This is probably our 5th time vacationing on AMI. This was a quiet neighborhood with the most fantastic lanai on the second floor surrounded by trees. It was a great place to read, have lunch, etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful vacay

Very nice place to stay. Had beach chairs and bikes that we used everyday. No complaints other than master king mattress could be replaced. Check in was easy and was ready before actual check in. Had a great time!

Perfect location

Easy walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Loved having a wagon and beach chairs and umbrella. Unit was comfortable and well stocked.

My mom and I stayed here for a week and loved it. Just a block away from the beach and free trolley. Host was very helpful and kept in touch to make sure we were happy.

Great place

The condo was perfect for us! There were 6 of us, it was a great size for us to stretch out but cozy enough for us to be together. The walk to the beautiful beach was short. I highly recommend this property.
