Appartamento Emanuela is a spacious three-bedroom apartment located on the second floor of a residence in the town of Dongo, with a large garage at your disposal and at less than 1 km from the lakeside.
In less than 500 meters you can reach all the services you need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, landing stage, petrol station).
You can choose whether to spend your holiday always exploring every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, staying in this spacious apartment and enjoying the view from the little balcony!
In the sleeping area there is an air conditioner, and from all three bedrooms you can access the balcony which overlooks the lake, enjoying the view of it and the mountains!
The accommodation has a complete kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and American coffee machine;
To complete the living area we find a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a TV and a dining table for 6 people.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe.
The second bedroom also has a double bed and a bridge wardrobe.
The third bedroom has a single bed and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is very spacious and has a sink, toilet, bidet and shower with shower cubicle.
Right below the apartment there is a garage reserved for you (entrance width 240cm, height 200cm).
Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.
Don't worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washing machine ready to solve the problem!
