Great condo and location

Birthday vacation

My husband celebrated his birthday the week we spent in the villa, and it was a perfect vacation. The villa is very roomy and was a good fit for us. Views from the balcony was our favorite, where we were able to see whales in the distance, and rainbows across the golf course. The villa is close to several restaurants, stores, and beach access.

Wonderful Stay in 18v4

Beautiful place with AMAZING views. Very clean and safe during COVID. Would definitely rent again for our next stay. We even cooked in a few nights as there are grills available at the pool and an amazing kitchen in the condo. Mahalo.

Golf Villa review

The Kapalua Golf Villa was very nice and the views of the golf course and ocean, especially at sunset, were amazing. Do ask for a map of the villas as finding the unit can be difficult the first time you go there. There's a lot to do at the Kapalua resort and nearby Lahaina and the rugged but gorgeous north shore.

Quiet villa with whales breaching in the distance!

I have been visiting Maui for years and this was my first time staying in Kapalua! The villa has spectacular views of the golf course and sunset. Most important of all, you could see whales breaching as you prepared food in the kitchen or enjoyed a beverage on the patio!! It was easy to walk to Napili, the Montage, or the Kapalua coastal trail. At night, the villa was quiet and the bed was very comfortable! The property staff were lovely to work with, easy check in, and they made sure I was taken care of. It was an amazing vacation and I will definitely stay here again!

What a view

Aloha, My Perfect Stays! Having stayed at several other Kapalua Golf Properties over the years, we knew that we would enjoy beautiful views and wonderful amenities, but this property exceeded our expectations. In fact, we have already rebooked it for our vacation next year. This villa has sweeping views of the ocean, Molokai and the golf course. With a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and exceedingly clean, the property met all our needs. The property management company was very responsive and was easy to work with. Thank you for making our stay "perfect"!

Not Perfect but a Nice Beautiful Spot

This is an ideal location for serenity, whale watching, golfing, walking, or simply enjoying Maui. The unit has the potential for a future 5 star rating, provided the management company takes heed to the feedback submitted earlier. The location offers a spectacular view of the golf course and ocean. Although the office is closed due to Covid, I was able to reach a property manager whenever I needed to. We would return to the Kapalua Golf Villas again.

Maui stay

We had a beautiful and very clean condo to call home while in Maui. The staff was proactive and available in a timely manner though we did not need any services during our stay. My husband and I generally cook while on vacation and we had everything that was needed in the kitchen. The condo also has two bathrooms with beautiful showers and laundry that we took advantage of. The view was spectacular, golf course and water, what more could one want?! I was able to see humpback whales from the deck! We will most definitely stay there again. Stacey

Great location, view, and close to pool and grills. Enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning. The villa was very nice and nicely decorated. Don't forget to bring your eye mask, rooms are bright in the morning. If you enjoy cooking, you need to take your own spices. I figured due to the pandemic there would not be spices available in the unit, so I did bring a few of my spices from home with me. I would definitely book this villa again.

Perfect Stays is the Best

My husband and I spent six nights at a lovely Golf Villa's condo at Kapalua on Maui managed by My Perfect Stays. From making the initial reservation straight through checkout, My Perfect Stays did an oustanding job. Everything was easy, organized and the staff at My Pefect Stays could not have been more professional or friendly. The condo was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. My Perfect Stays even had a welcome gift waiting for us. The first day we were there and after a hard rain, we noticed a small wet area on the carpet due to a leak somwhere. We called My Perfect Stays and they were there within twenty minutes and it was handled. We highly recommend My Perfect Stays if you are planning a visit to Maui. We'll definitely be contacting them when we return to Maui.

Felt like home, a place for peace

Instantly upon arrival to the Golf Villas we noticed how quiet and peaceful the entirety of Kapalua seemed. We later heard the roar of the ocean waves or the brushing of the trees creating a lovely white noise for sleep, but it is also far enough from the pool to ignore the sounds from other visitors enjoying it. The view from the porch is lovely, overlooking not only the ocean, both Moloka'i and Lanai were visible on the horizon with the sunsetting right in between in our early spring visit, but the Kapalua Golf Bay Course is sitting right at your feet. There was a nice aesthetic delivered for the room from framed canvas paintings to wooden accents strewn across the room. There were plenty of spaces within the villa, from the kitchen, to the bedroom porch, to the front porch, or the dining and living area. After staying for a while, always coming back to find peace, change, or make a meal the villa easily became comfortable. The perspective given from our stays at other areas of the island made this area or this villa feel like the best place on the island. Everywhere else we visited made us feel we were taking a vacation from this place always yearning to return.

Clean, beautiful, quiet, romantic getaway for my wife and I - the best stay in Maui we've ever had.

Where do I begin - The 18v4 golf villa at Kapalua is the best place we have ever stayed while traveling in Hawaii/Maui and we absolutely loved every second of it, so much so that we were reluctant to leave when it was time to go. This particular Villa has prime location so when you enter the Kapalua property it's a very short drive right to the Villa. The parking is covered and easy to get to and accessible. The Villa is centrally located within a 2 minute walk to the pool and the villa has the BEST view of the ocean between the two smaller islands that provides the MOST AMAZING morning rainbow vistas we have ever seen. Simply stunning to say the least. The Villa itself was easy to access by special key code so no key was necessary, and it was spotless and incredibly clean upon our arrival. The living room is spacious and has a monstrous and new smart TV that already has all the apps you need on it which our young daughter enjoyed watching morning cartoons on to the max while we prepped for the day, and which made watching my sports teams absolutely awesome. The villa has two bathrooms with two showers (one of which is attached to the master and is a beautiful walk in shower that is more than big enough for two) and the bed is a large California King tempurpedic and was so comfortable to sleep on for my wife and I after long days at the beach. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful and fully equipped kitchen with electric stove tops as we love to cook. We loved using the blender for fresh fruit smoothies, and cooking up eggs in the morning and it's spacious and has tons of surface area so we could lay out our nice spreads of sandwiches and fruits and snacks we planned to eat for the day. The entire unit is temperature controlled with central AC that was clutch when we needed to cool off from being out in the sun all day. And having laundry units in the Villa came in handy big time. It also has a great little office nook for any computer work I needed to get done while enjoying the gorgeous view from the living room. The large balcony with outside glass table and chairs is so nice and was probably one of our favorite parts because every morning we would bring our breakfast out there while enjoying the most beautiful rainbows and beautiful view of the ocean and the Molokai and Lanai islands. We spent every second we could just quietly enjoying that view and enjoying our family time. I wish I could teleport back there right now. I can't say enough about this place and how much better it is than staying at a hotel. I don't think we can ever go back to staying in a hotel after staying at the Villa to be honest. The privacy and beauty we experienced is unmatched. We had such a good stay we are already talking about going back as we miss our Villa and Maui so much. If you're looking for a beautiful, quiet, romantic getaway for you and your loved ones this is the place to be for sure. We can't wait to get back.

We loved this Villa

Our 10 days was perfect, especially because of this villa. It was exactly as described and we enjoyed the views from the lani. Our family were in other villas in the area, so we could easily walk to their places. Everything was just perfect for celebrating our 50th Anniversary! The property managers were quick to reply to our one need, a wine opener! 👍 We highly recommend this lovely villa, and do plan to request this place again on our next visit to Kapalua! Thank you!

The second stay was as good as the first

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. It does not disappoint. Clean, updated and has all of the amenities. We will book this property next year if it is available.

Second visit

This was the second time we had stayed in this unit. We were so satisfied the previous year that we rebooked. The unit has been updated, it is tastefully furnished, well-equipped and has a great view. King size bed is very comfortable. The pool is a short walk away. We are inclined to rebook again next year… Maybe for a month!

Great vacation place!

I’m never using a hotel again. This was such a great setup for my husband and toddler. We used one bathroom as a room for the pack and play. The space was clean and had everything you need for normal daily cooking. Comfortable bed too!

Why stay anywhere else?

My 7th trip to Kapalua. The Golf Villas are the perfect setting for a relaxing Hawaiian vacation. Kapalua is arguably out of the way...1 hour to the airport and the city of Kahalui. 10 minutes to Ka'anapali and 15 minutes to Lahaina, so a rental car is almost a necessity unless you want to spend all your time at the resort (which would not be all bad). However, I like the location because it has a more relaxed feel about it. The views are spectacular, there is a swimmable beach close by, pools are wonderful, several restaurant options and a terrific market within walking distance, 2 excellent golf courses. Prices are reasonable. GO!
