Napili Point B34 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo featuring amenities such as oceanfront views, a washer/dryer, and air-conditioning. Located on the ground floor, this condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a King bed in the bedroom and Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living space. The open-concept living room welcomes you with Hawaiian-inspired furniture and decorations, a large flat-screen TV, and a split A/C unit.

Retreat and relax in the bedroom with a King size bed and a split A/C unit. The ensuite bathroom features a large vanity space and a walk-in shower. Pack light, a washer/dryer is equipped in this unit for added convenience. This condo boasts a ground-floor lanai with an outdoor dining table for 4 and a lounge chair. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the unobstructed ocean view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The upgraded kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. A stove-top is included in the kitchen. Please note: this unit does not have an oven. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze and provides counter seating for 2.

***Unit C35, the unit above, is undergoing a full remodeling project which will be completed by the end of January. This does not effect unit B34. However, some noise is expected at the beginning of the project during the demolition phase.****

Nestled above the majestic Honokeana Bay, Napili Point is a 115-villa low-rise resort. Please note Napili Point does not have elevators. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Enjoy the oceanfront pool and landscaped tropical grounds with views of the islands of Moloka'i and Lana'i in the distance. A 3-5 minute walk along an ocean front path away from our resort, is the sandy crescent beach of Napili Bay. Napili Bay is well known for its golden sand, great snorkeling, gentle surf, and wonderful sunsets. During the winter months, whales can be seen swimming by the bay.

Napili Point condo didnt disappoint. Very clean and everything we needed. The view was beautiful. We stayed when it was very windy and the master was a bit drafty. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing views of the bay from the lanai. This unit was immaculate, well-stocked, and had all the amenities one may need. We are repeat visitors to Napili point and absolutely love this tranquil, peaceful place. Amazing snorkeling in Honokeana bay- saw 16 turtles this morning. We will definitely be back!

Great condo with an even better view!

The condo was very well equipped and comfortable. The view was even better than we expected. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The only down side is that there were a loud family with a toddler staying above us and it was a bit loud. This is completely out of anyone’s control. Just know it could be an issue.

Like Staying in a Postcard

You can't ask for a more picturesque location. This unit is perfect and has all the amenities for a great stay. Clean and convenient, but the view is the best part. You have a large Lana'i and the sun sets right in front of you over the cove and watching it while half a dozen sea turtles pop in and out of the water is incredible. You can't beat Honokeana Cove for snorkeling on the island. We have taken multiple snorkeling trips to turtle town and Molikini, but none of them compare to the cove at this property. It's truly the best! Napili beach is just a short walk as well. Can't say enough good things!

Wonderful Location

Located on a cove with the best snorkeling on Maui. I saw 4 or 5 big turtles every time, usually within a couple of minutes of entering the water. Lots more fish, and larger fish, than Napili or Kapalua. Entry is off rocks, so not suitable for children. Napili Beach is a 5 minute walk on pavement. Kapalua Beach is a 5 minute drive (get there by 8 am for free parking and uncrowded beauty.) The unit was nice, the grounds well kept, and the view from the patio always beautiful. The Property manager was very responsive in dealing with a few things that came up.

Needs Maintenance

Unit needs deep cleaning throughout. Carpet was filthy and we suspected mold in bedroom. Manager was able to get that cleaned on day 2 of our stay. Toilet paper holder & shower head broken and was not fixed. Good location and amenities in unit but didn't show any pride of ownership.

What a gem!

We enjoyed this condo very much. We were impressed with how clean it was (and grateful!). It was bright and airy; if you opened the front door (could keep the screen door locked) and patio door, a wonderful breeze blew through the entire unit. The kitchen was well-appointed, and we appreciated the full size washer/dryer. The sofa bed was comfortable enough, and with the AC on we slept well. We were impressed with the quality of the linens and attention to details like pillow and mattress encasements. The view was lovely out over a small bay adjacent to Napili Bay, and we enjoyed watching sunset from the lanai - so peaceful! It's not the most private, as people would occasionally walk across the grass outside the condo, but they were all friendly while they did it! The location was great for us, as we enjoy walking in Kapalua each morning and drive to our favorite beaches so we don't need a sandy beach right out our doorstep. You can walk down the lava rocks at the point and get in the water there to go snorkeling (this seemed popular - lots of families out snorkeling and paddle boarding). You can also walk around the point to Napili Bay (didn't look like you could walk all the way to the beach though). Would definitely stay here again, and hope we do!

Our stay at Napili Point B34

We had a wonderful and delightful time staying at this condominium with the most awe inspiring views of the cove and the vast ocean with hues of blue and aqua colors. In the far horizon you could see the islands of Lanai and Molokai. You had this view from you living room and the lanai. The condo is neat and the kitchen is well stocked and we had no problems preparing our meals. The AC kept the condo cool and comfortable. The management team responded to all our inquiries and fixed the problems in a timely fashion. We wished we had planned to stay here longer as it was difficult to extricate ourselves from this heaven on earth. We watched the most glorious sunsets in the evening with fiery red and deep orange colors merging with molten yellow colors. In the silent mornings the simmering ocean greeted you as sipped your piping hot brew as you admired the lush well landscaped gardens and in the distant the colorful bougainvillea vines thrived exhibiting myriad exotic colors. This was a balm to our souls. Stop seeing your therapist; instead your money will be well spent at this Nirvana of a setting. By the way we were constantly entertained by the playful turtles bobbing their heads and partial torsos all day long. Mahalo

Best Vrbo on Maui!?

This property is absolutely wonderful. It has all the amenities one would need to see and experience Maui. In-unit laundry, beach chairs and umbrellas, snorkels and fins…. It’s all there. This is in a nice and quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a sandy beach for swimming and it is right on the bay for snorkeling, although getting up and down the rocks requires some care. Sea turtles love the bay in front of the condo. No real complaints about the unit except it smelled like someone might have been smoking weed in there prior to our stay or it just has a strange smell to it. In any case, we got used to it after the first day and it didn’t bother us after that. One tip: if the dryer isn’t drying well, check BOTH lint traps. The normal lint trap inside the dryer AND the vent trap (dryer doesn’t vent to the outside). It had a TON of lint stuck in the vent trap. Once I cleaned it out, it worked like a charm. Only one suggestion: host please leave the pre-filled parking pass in the unit prior to check-in if possible. Getting the parking pass at the main office was an awkward experience. The clerk was listening to something on his phone that was not exactly appropriate for public ears. Very strange.

Beautiful sunsets

Overall, it worked well for our family. Beautiful views of the sunset from the lanai, easy snorkeling right off the rocks with sea turtles galore, and the unit is well equipped. That said, note that this particular unit could use some updates. The dishwasher and dryer both didn’t work well — maintenance fixed the dryer while we were there, and we hand washed most dishes — and the sofa bed worked fine for our child but would not work well for adults (true of most sofa beds). The communal grills needed some work too. All in all, good stay!

Napili Point Resort

Relaxing and outstanding location. Condo was clean and common area was spacious. Loved having lawn access. Cannot beat the location - <10 minute walk to Kapalua Bay with great snorkeling. Very much appreciated the beach chairs, toys, etc. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We have stayed at Napili Point many times and you can’t get a more beautiful view on Maui! The cove is so peaceful, full of turtles, and great snorkeling. Short walk to Napili beach. The room was perfect with a beautiful large lanai and lawn to watch the sunset over the cove each night. Short drive to a little market and restaurants. Perfect!!!!
