Spacious open plan lounge, kitchen, diner, 2 bedrooms downstairs (3 steps down) with family bathroom (bath, separate shower, toilet and sink) upstairs with huge master bedroom and en-suite (bath with shower mixer taps, toilet and sink).

Large grassed area with picnic tables, separate private decking with picnic table, dog walking area but dogs are allowed all over the property.

We kindly request that guests refrain from entering any gated or clearly marked private areas. The owners reside next door, and occasionally, guests have inadvertently approached their home, which can startle their dogs. Please be aware that the dogs roam freely within their side of the property, so it’s important not to enter that space.

You may also notice free-range animals and children nearby. As the owners’ garden backs onto a shared lane, we kindly ask all guests to drive slowly and with extra care. Signage has been placed along the lane as a helpful reminder.

Prim Short Stays Ltd is a service provider that manages this property on behalf of the owner. Should you have any queries, we are open 7 days a week, 24 hours per day.

Should you require the team’s assistance during your stay, we would be delighted to assist. Our friendly team members are available 24/7.

Each bedroom can be arranged to suit your needs — with either two single beds or a king-size bed.

If you have a preference, simply let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival. We’ll do our utmost to accommodate your request, depending on availability of linen and staffing.


Internet is provided via Elon Musk's Starlink which is super fast and reliable.
Netflix is available in the cottage.
TV's in each bedroom.

Please note that due to our rural location, mobile signal is not possible so we rely on the internet to connect mobiles. Please ensure you have wifi calling available. A landline phone is available for use in the games room in case of emergency if the internet is down. Our internet signal is via Starlink with an automatic back up from TalkTalk so needing to use a landline phone is unlikely but available nevertheless.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide toiletries and other amenities upon your arrival, ensuring a fantastic start to your experience. If you find these items running low before your departure, we kindly ask you to pick up replacements from nearby shops, as we don't offer replenishment services.
