Things to Note

• The lounge pool has 3 steps (35cm, 80cm, 120cm depth).

• Pool heating (€70/week) available October–June. June–September the pool is naturally heated by the sun (approx. 30°C with thermal cover).

• The villa sits on a large 5,000m² property shared with another house. Driveway and playground are shared, while the villa itself remains private.
Maximum number of staying guests is 5 people. No parties or events, nor external guests or services allowed. We work with trusted partners for services. Please ask us. If you`d like to invite guests, please contact us first.
