Casa na Colina es una casa de villa de lujo en exclusiva Carvoeiro Club, situado en su propio jardín privado con césped, buganvilla, oliva, jacaranda, naranja y limones árboles, en una colina cerca del pintoresco pueblo de Carvoeiro. Hay espectaculares vistas panorámicas al océano 600m de distancia ya lo largo de la costa. 10 x 5m piscina privada. Calefacción de la piscina en el coste adicional es opcional. La casa dispone de aire acondicionado y calefacción central y en todo (aire acondicionado, calefacción central y los registros para el fuego incluido en el precio). Sehr schönes, großes Haus mit traumhaft schöner Aussenanlage und schönem Blick. Leider gab es bei unserem späten Check In doch ziemliche Probleme, die aber nicht der Vermieter sondern der Club vor Ort zu vertreten hatte. David ist sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit

Absolutely incredible! Could not have been better. Quality property with 4 en-suite bedrooms for 8 adults. Host is very gracious and communication was excellent. Great way to end our two week Portugal trip.

Wonderful property. Bedrooms open out to pool area. Pool temp perfect in September. Outdoor grill and mini fridge. Outdoor access bathroom, adjacent to pool area. En Suite rooms.

Get ready to relax!

This beautiful and well cared for home is the perfect place to relax. The bedrooms are located on the lower level and open up to the beautifully landscaped yard and pool area. Plenty of room for morning coffee with a glimpse of the ocean. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute walk to town where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. There are also a few restaurants located within the community. We really enjoyed our three night stay and wish we could have stayed a little longer.

Traumhaft

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gemütlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Garten und der Ausblick sind traumhaft schön und jeden Cent Wert. Blitzsauber und ordentlich dank Celeste, der liebenswürdigen und dezenten Haushaltshilfe. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Schnelle Reaktionszeit, freundlich, sehr gute Beschreibungen und Tipps. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben!

Just Fabulous - definitely recommend to stay

What a beautiful house and garden with a fabulous panoramic sea view. Great sunset aperitifs on the balcony & relaxing by the heated pool! Quiet and restful, with the town centre, incredible beaches & restaurants all within a few minutes drive or 15 minutes walk. The house is spotless and perfectly equipped. Celeste the house keeper is fantastic. We will definitely be back! (All communication was prompt, smooth and precise.)

A privilege to stay here, beatiful view, all amenities, clean, hot shower, quiet private, safe

It was a privilege to stay in this villa, with beautiful pool, private bedrooms, comfortable beds, outstanding view, close to beach and city center. Wished could have stayed here a couple of weeks to fully enjoy it. Caretaking lady was fabulous, fun and owners very helpful and kind, could not ask for more, we were spoiled!

En fantastisk villa - og meget flinke værter

Beskrivelsen og billederne af villaen lyver ikke - det er en fantastisk villa med en perfekt beliggenhed, når man gerne vil bo i fred og ro - og så alligevel en spadseretur på kun 15 min til stranden og midtbyen. Vi var 8 personer - 4 par - og der var rigelig plads i de 4 dejlige værelser med hver sit badeværelse. Men vi var næsten ikke indenfor, for den dejlige balkon med udsigt over poolen, haven, palmerne og længeren væk havet trak konstant i os - når vi da ikke var ved poolen eller i haven. Og hver morgen kom Celestre og klarede alt det praktiske for os... Mange tak til Helen og David og tak for lån af villaen - og tak for den flotte korrespondance og information, I leverede op til ferien. Vi kan kun give vore bedste anbefalinger - villaen og området skal opleves.

Reserve early for this wonderful holiday home!

Husband, daughter, grandson and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa na Colina, in Carvoiera. The heated pool was the main attraction for our 7 year old grandson, while we appreciated the gorgeous views of the sea and the proximity to the lovely town of Carvoiero some of the finest beaches in Europe. I had constant contact with the owners, who we found to be very kind and extremely helpful. We wanted to take the housekeeper, Celeste, home with us, as she is excellent. We hope to stay at Casa na Colina again, soon, but as we learned this year, one needs the book early, because the word is out that this is a great place to stay.

Wunderschöne große Villa

Eine sehr gepflegte, große Villa mit viel Platz, großem Garten und einen wunderschönen großen Pool. Viel Platz für Kinder zum austoben. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat eigenes Badezimmer. Wir waren insgesamt 8 Leute und haben uns gegenseitig nicht gestört. Ein schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse oben. Kann man entspannt sitzen und Sonnenuntergang genießen. Küche gut ausgestattet. Alles nötige, wie Waschpulver, Tabs etc. vorhanden. Unter der Woche kommt Haushaltshilfe und räumt auf, wechselt die Handtücher, macht Betten... Man kann entspannt den Urlaub genießen.

A piece of paradise on the Algarve

We had glorious 10 day stay in this fabulous villa. The place was kept spotless by a delightful maid. She was cheerful and friendly. Luxurious fabrics have been used in all the living areas including the bedrooms. The hall with it's chandelier and winding marble stairs puts you in mind of South Fork and Dallas. No attention to detail has been overlooked with a well stocked kitchen with all the gadgets you could need, beautiful pictures and pottery from Porches pottery about 5 miles away. We hope to return soon

Lovely Villa

This is a lovely villa and we would very much recommend. Owners more than helpful and respond to any query quickly. A very proficient housekeeper, Celeste, who does a wonderful job keeping everything clean and tidy every morning (she is very friendly, but discreet whilst working and doesn't interfere with your holiday). Celeste doesn't speak English so it's a giggle trying to have a conversation or ask for something sometimes. ... Google Translate came in really handy!). The villa is about a 25 minute stroll to the centre of Carvoiero, mostly downhill on the way, but a few steep hills on the way back and no pavements, but there is street lighting. This wasn't a major issue though as taxis from the centre were only €5 and always available. The garden is beautiful. We did have a bit of an issue with many gardeners arriving unannounced and using noisy machinery for hours, but I guess they have to do it sometime to keep the grounds looking so good, but it would be better to be advised when a whole afternoon's peace & relaxation would be interrupted (the owner's weren't aware of this and were annoyed on our behalf). The pool was large and a nice temperature, with roman steps for easy access. The sunbeds had nice thick mattresses so very comfy. Bedrooms are all downstairs, nicely appointed and spotless. On the first floor there's a beautiful lounge, which, being summer, we didn't utilise, but can imagine in the Winter months would be very comfy with beautiful distant sea views. The large balcony on the first floor was enjoyed a lot for breakfast and lunches and importantly there was always shade available. There is also a lovely BBQ area on the ground floor which again benefits from shade. I thought it didn't have an outside toilet or shower, it was only after a few days we realised it was on the side of the villa! Lots of books to borrow in the cupboard in the dining area. The only constructive feedback I can think of is : 1. Another couple of umbrellas around the pool with heavier bases as we had to chase them around the garden on occasions. 2. A list of dates/times when gardeners/pool cleaners would be arriving, purely so you could organise your day's activities around this necessary maintenance. We've no doubt you'll have an extremely enjoyable holiday at Casa na Colina.

Very Relaxing!

Thoroughly relaxing. 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We all enjoyed our stay immensely! Very well maintained and clean. Lots of different areas inside and outside to relax in. There were also shaded areas in the large garden. Great sized pool to play in. We sat at the table on the terrace to eat most of our meals because of the fabulous sea view. We used the barbecue on several evenings. Felt thoroughly lazy because Celeste cleaned everything for us the next day. The air-conditioning was greatly appreciated because of the hot weather. Great selection of TV channels and movies available via the included TV package. We ate out at some local restaurants, which were a manageable walking distance from the villa (this does include some hills) Slide and Splash aquatic park a great day out for all ages. Only a short drive away and discounted tickets available from the Carvoeiro Clube reception. Great stay! We would love to come back again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Wonderful

We arrived to a very clean prepared villa. Our maid celesta came every day except Sunday and made sue everything was tip top. Even did our washing and ironing. We did do our washing up but if anything is left celesta would do it. Clean towels soap washing up liquid all supplied. Never had a dirty towel as celesta would change them. We had the pool heated which is great if you have little ones with you. We ate every night on the veranda overlooking a lovely view with the sea in the distance which was amazing. The lounge is very comfortable and light and airy. We didn't use the air con even though it was hot in the day but it's there if you need it. We did hire a car and we were pleased we did as the walk to the beach is 20 mins longer with little ones. It up and down hills so hard pushing a pram. You do need a car to go to the supermarket as we didn't find one within walking distance and when we did it was closed. We drove to Aldi about 10 mins in the car. Can't fault this villa .

Idyllic villa with fantastic seaviews

A lovely quiet villa with comfortable surroundings, fantastic views and lovely mature gardens and a large heated pool, a great area for relaxing. The villa is very clean and well maintained, thanks to Celeste the very discreet but welcoming housekeeper. We enjoyed eating on the terrace with the wonderful sea views; it is so quiet and not overlooked. We travelled as a group of 6 friends and found the villa very spacious, we all agreed that we would love a return visit to this idyllic setting and would highly recommend it.

Idyllic setting

A fantastic place to relax. A beautiful villa with a lovely garden and spectacular views. Interior has traditional marble floors and local tiles making it cool and airy in the heat. The housekeeper is a gem and keeps the place spotlessly clean. If you can tear yourself away from the garden and the heated swimming pool it is within walking distance of Carvoeira village and the coastal footpath and within easy reach of interesting local towns like Silves and Tavira.

Wonderful holiday

Bliss!

3 fantastic sun-soaked weeks spent at Casa na Colina! The villa was immaculate, really spacious and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms are downstairs opening onto the luxuriant garden, with a large luminous sitting room upstairs. The terrace has the most wonderful sea view; bathed in colour. We had 6 teenagers (15-18 years) with us for one week. In addition to the the pool, there are lots of activities accessible on foot. The nearby tennis club also has a good fitness room, exercise classes (in English) as well as the tennis . At night they went out safely in Carvoeiro village coming back on foot or by taxi (5 euros). The wealth of beaches in the area is a delight, each has something different to offer. One highlight was a 2.5 hour cliff top walk, starting from the villa going East to finish at Smugglers (Carvalho) beach. All our meals at the villa were taken outside from breakfast to BBQ! We also had great meals in the surrounding restaurants. Celeste, the discrete house keeper, is an absolute joy. Will definitely be back!

Loved every minute!

7 adults and 2 children had such a wonderful time at this beautiful house! We had all arrived from opposite sides of the globe for a week together and couldn't have wished for a better place to catch up! All meals were had outdoors, with the stunning bougainvillea in flower around us and lots of lovely hours were spent relaxing by the pool. Walking distance to the village and beach (hilly walk but more than manageable). Thank you David, Helen and Celeste for a fabulous week! We are still raving about it!
