Very welcoming place to stay with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. Feel right at home, as we needed nothing. Extremely well maintained property inside a golf community. Our host was very helpful and responsive.

Great little place to stay

The amities were great. Host was very helpful. We arrived and one of the toilets was missing a seat so we called the host to report it. It was fixed the next day by 9am. We would definitely stay here again!

Get a way weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We had some issues getting the TV set to broadcast the regular channels on the network. I did finally get it resolved after tracing the HDMI cables which had been hooked up wrong(probably from the previous guests & to no fault of the property owner). The only reason that we gave the property a 4 star rating is we saw some ants & a couple of small bugs inside the condo. Probably need to get an exterminator in. Other than that everything was fine.

Good Golf community

Overall, the place was clean and well arranged, and we had a great time. This is a dog friendly place, and one can take them for a walk almost anywhere. I was disappointed with the location and condition of the dog park, as it was a bit far by foot and there was no car parking available, probably on one of those check boxes to fill. We are not golfers, but I can imagine anyone would enjoy it more. If we ever visit Branson, we may consider doing the same another time.

Good, but could have been better.

The condo was easy to locate. The property manager was Fantastic in communicating with me. Very clean, well supplied with everything we needed. Now for the Negatives. The fan in the Master bedroom needs to be replaced. Sounds like a plane taking off. 2. The thermostat would go heck to its default setting of 60 every 4 hours. This was a big issue. We would leave for a show or etc and return to a cold condo. I had to reset to 74 twice each night. Not Good!! I did not attempt to reset the thermostat for fear of losing it all together. That about it.

Great stay!

This was the cleanest and most comfy condo. The 2 bedrooms are very big as are the bathrooms. The property itself is very very well kept and a great location. Very friendly people and very quiet. Will definitely book again.

This was a beautiful pet friendly property that I would highly recommend. My family and I felt very safe and loved the community environment. The condo had everything we needed and was great to relax in after a day out with family.

Had a great time

The reviews are accurate. Small tvs in the bedroom, super loud fan in the master bath, but we knew that before booking. We had a great time. Kim was quick to respond. We were pleasantly suprised to find two fold out cots in the closet and an air up bed. The condo can definitely work for large families or siblings that dont like sharing beds. Pool was so fun for the kids the parking was convenient, having a washer and dryer was amazing. We brought our 14 year old dog. So grateful he gets to come too. Thanks!

Great location

We chose this condo because it was close to where we needed to be and it worked out great. The only thing that we didn’t like was the TVs in the bedrooms were small compared to what we are used to. That’s minor as long as a place is clean.

Nice neighborhood. Easy and convenient!

This had everything we needed. Thank you for the coffee in the fridge! Another review mentioned noise, so keep in mind this is a condo. We had a couple of little guys above us that raced across the floor alot, but when they left it was so peaceful! We would stay here again!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed staying at the condo. Everything was clean and well cared for. The kitchen had just about anything that might be needed. The beds were comfortable. I enjoyed my morning walks - Pointe Royal is a beautiful, quite community. We also enjoyed the pool. Overall we were quite pleased.

Worst Branson Trip

Upon arriving to the Condo we did a walk through. The master bathroom still had soap scum in the bathtub around the jets. Kim was very responsive and offered to get someone out there. The bed was so uncomfortable our kids slept on the floor the second night and my husband an I took the recliner and couch. This is like a small apartment- the people above us were so loud they woke us up on the second night at 4am...sounded like a herd of cows.... the checkout time is a little earlier than we liked and you do take out your own trash and wash your towels... which seemed odd to us for other places we stayed as that is what the housekeeper is for. This Condo is more for the older generation. The best part was being able to bring our dog. First and last of renting a condo. I feel it is based off preference for us. It just wasn't very private. When standing on the balcony the neighbors are staring right at you. The most annoying thing was turning on thr light in thr master bath and hearing the fan run the whole time.... TV in bedrooms are really small. Kim was very nice.

We will definitely return!!

The property is adorable and very welcoming. The master bed is so comfortable, I had a difficult time forcing myself to get out of it in the morning! The location was very convenient for all of our needs and surrounded by beauty...we particularly loved all of the hummingbirds in the mornings!! The kitchen is the perfect size and very well equipped. Thank you for a lovely stay!! We look forward to returning!

Great Getaway

We loved our stay. The accommodations were awesome. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were great. We were very close to the pools and close to entertainment venues. We loved the quietness from the hustle bustle of town but were close enough to everything.

Pointe Royale even has a Bar and Grill and much more in the Resort.

Great Location in a gated community just minutes from the Strip but away from all the traffic. Pointe Royale has access to Lake Taneycomo if you want to bring your boat or you can fish from the bank.
Pointe Royale has so much to offer for all ages.

We liked the location because it is close to the clubhouse and all the great amenities here at Pointe Royale.
