I chose this unit for the beautiful screened in porch and it did not disappoint! The fan gave us a lovely breezy spot to sit and visit and watch the ducks on the lake. It was so peaceful! The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.Check in/out instructions were simple and easy to follow. The resort property itself is beautiful, safe, and has amazing amenities. You get the most bang for your buck at Pointe Royale. I would definitely stay here again!

Great property!! Water view and access was so peaceful! Love the back porch!! Quiet, clean, and perfect for what we needed. I did wish there were small things like toothpaste, body wash, ketchup, etc. However, it was my fault for forgetting our own toothpaste. The food at the on-site bar and grill that we had delivered was less than satisfactory and costs way more than ot should. That can be expected in these situations. Property is close to everything you could possibly need though so no worries. Overall, property was safe, clean, and very nice for the price. We didnt get to take part in the pool or any other amenities while we were there seeing as it rained every day. That back porch though! It was incredibly relaxing to sit out there and read while the storms rolled through.

We were so very pleased with our condo. Everything was furnished including coffee service and snacks. The host went above and beyond. We loved the location. Also the Christmas tree and decorations were an added bonus. We would love to stay again in the future.
