The apartment is located on the ground floor and has been recently renovated with high-quality finishes, in a modern and elegant style.
In the living area, we find a lounge with an extendable dining table for 4 people, a comfortable sofa, and a living area with a 55" Smart TV, but also a fantastic PlayStation 4 video game console for our younger guests!
Everything is air-conditioned by a split unit dedicated to the living area.
Adjacent to the living area, we have a cozy kitchen, equipped with a traditional gas cooktop, modern appliances and accessories, as well as a breakfast area with an espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave oven.
In the sleeping area, we have a spacious double bedroom, a small bedroom with a French double bed (140x190), a service room with a laundry area, and the main bathroom with a modern walk-in shower!

Our double bedroom is the room that, more than any other, is equipped with every comfort, ready to let you enjoy a stay dedicated to rest and tranquility!
Furnished in a modern and elegant style, it features a very comfortable double bed with a mattress and memory foam pillows, ideal for waking up rested and relaxed.
To offer you maximum comfort, we have equipped the room with a large 6-door wardrobe with central drawers. You will also find a luggage rack and bedside tables.
A central designer chandelier with an integrated fan, remotely controlled, allows you to create a truly unique atmosphere.
A 40” Smart TV for viewing from the bed, and very convenient electrical outlets with USB ports near the bedside tables to charge your devices are everything you need to enjoy your stay at The Red House - Verona Holiday & Business.
The double bedroom is air-conditioned by a dedicated split unit.
It also provides triple-glazed windows with mosquito nets and a blackout and sound-absorbing curtain to minimise noises coming from outside.

The small bedroom, although compact in size, offers a French double bed (140x190) with a very comfortable memory foam mattress and pillows. The headboard includes shelves with LED lights and integrated USB ports where you can place and charge your devices.
Furnished in a modern and elegant style, it is equipped with a fantastic 32" Smart TV.
A large window with a mosquito net brightens the room and overlooks the quiet courtyard behind the building.
A central designer chandelier with integrated fan, remotely controlled, allows you to create a pleasant atmosphere and to cool the room, also in combination with the air-conditioning splits in the living room and the main double bedroom.

The spaces of the living area are characterised by furnishings and colours in a modern style that give the room elegance and modernity with a touch of retro recall.

Completing the bathroom is a WC with a convenient separate handheld shower, a bidet, and an elegant cabinet with wall units, sink, drawers, and an LED illuminated mirror. We also provide a powerful hair dryer and a first aid kit.
The second room is used as a laundry area, fitted out with an all-in-one washer and dryer, as well as a useful sink. You will also find a drying rack, an ironing board complete with an iron, and, in addition, a vacuum cleaner and various accessories for cleaning and maintaining the apartment.

- PARKING:
The apartment provides parking directly in front of the apartment.
You will be able to park your car in one of the available spaces within the reserved parking area.
IMPORTANT:
It is strictly forbidden to park cars in front of the two automatic vehicle gates.

The apartment is equipped with a fantastic Smart system that will allow you to open the pedestrian gate and the KeyBox of the entrance door directly from your smartphone.
After completing the online check-in, you will receive all the instructions to access the apartment. The instructions will also include the link to your virtual key.
Clicking on the link, two buttons will appear on your smartphone display: "Gate" to open the pedestrian gate, while "Apartment door" will open the KeyBox hung on the apartment door, so you can collect the physical keys to open the double door of the apartment.
Red House - Verona Holiday is located on the ground floor of the building. The entrance door is the one in front of you as soon as you enter through the pedestrian gate.
