No.12 is a house that consists of a kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a dining room with a TV, and seating for four guests, and a sitting area with surround sound. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with an en-suite bathroom and a king-size with an en-suite shower room serviced by a cloakroom and a Infrared sauna. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, furniture, and a hot tub, and off-road parking for one car, with further roadside parking available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop and within 0.3 miles a pub. Wherever your exploration takes you, enjoy all this with a stay at No.12.
