La propiedad es un espacioso apartamento de tres habitaciones que ha sido terminado con un estándar muy alto. El edificio es un hotel convertido construido en 1860 con características de época y techos de 12 pies. Es un lugar perfecto que está a pocos minutos caminando cuesta abajo hasta la playa y el paseo marítimo que cuenta con el último muelle más al norte que queda en el país. Está idealmente situado entre Dundas y Milton Street para los excelentes restaurantes y bares de Saltburn.

Estamos en una posición ideal para que los caminantes recojan The Cleveland Way, que está a pocos minutos a pie.

Beautiful property in a great location.

This truly is a luxury property with everything you need for a relaxing break in Saltburn-by-the-Sea. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and within minutes of fantastic local restaurants and bars. There is a lot of entertainment in the property in the event of a bad weather day. The property is spacious and provides every comfort. The miniature hidden doorway was a great little touch - keep your eyes peeled! The host was very helpful and provided great communication. We would stay again without hesitation.

An amazing place to stay in a beautiful town. We have visited salt burn many times but this is by far the nicest place we have stayed. location is fantastic apartment is beautiful. Couldn’t have asked for more. We will be back to salt burn and we will stay here.

Quality accommodation in a charming sunny spot

This apartment is stunning. Every room is very tastefully decorated. Cannot find fault with anything. Very comfortable and has everything you need. The balcony also always had a sunny spot to sit in and enjoy. The vast range of books and board games was a lovely touch and the kids appreciated the Xbox. We had never been to Saltburn before and were pleasantly surprised by the range of nice bars and restaurants close by. Runswick Bay is also a short drive away and well with a visit. Would highly recommend.

Most enjoyable stay!

We all enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Cosy feel, even with high ceilings and fabulous features. No complaints at all. Thank you to Hayley and family for great communications and an amazing place is a lovely setting.

Perfect apartment and location

The apartment really is as good as it looks and is finished to a high standard. There is easily room for you all to be in the living room or in the kitchen and you can comfortably eat together. The location was fab and parking easy. I wish we had booked for longer

Perfect short break in Saltburn

We have just returned from a wonderful break in Saltburn. The apartment was just perfect in every way - spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated throughout with luxurious bed linens and towels, a very comfortable lounge area and well equipped kitchen. We felt so at home and really appreciated the welcoming touches left by Hayley - so lovely. We would definitely recommend and do hope we can return soon as there is lots to see and enjoy in Saltburn.

Return to Saltburn

We know the area very well but have not stayed in this flat in the old Zetland Hotel before. The flat was very clean and well equipped. The location is great with easy access to all shops, bars, restaurants, beach and walks.

Zetland Saltburn

A very clean and large accommodation in a converted Victorian hotel. The building is impressive and the facilities good. The rooms were large and comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay.

Excellent property

An excellent stay in this lovely property. Booking, communication and check in were all very smooth. The flat was lovely and clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for access to the town, beach and the Cleveland way. We had great weather and enjoyed sitting on the balcony with its views of the cliffs, but the flat would be equally comfortable in the winter. We look forward to returning in the future.

Stunning apartment

This apartment is absolutely magnificent. It has been decorated beautifully and furnished with such lovely and comfortable sofas. It is very spacious throughout with enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views from the balcony are stunning - I’ve loved my morning cup of tea looking out over huntcliffe. The location is ideal with easy access to everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay here again and in fact wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else

Gorgeous apartment

Just back from a wonderful 4 nights here. The apartment is really spacious and beautifully designed and decorated with fab views. This was our first trip to Saltburn. It is a traditional seaside town with an arty feel and some great places to eat and drink. Definitely recommend!

Wedding weekend in Saltburn

Five of us stayed in this well appointed and commodious apartment. The rooms were larger than we could guess from the photographs - a very welcome surprise. We admired the decor and the residual architectural features of the old Zetland hotel. In spite of the gloriously high ceilings we found the rooms were easily heated and all beds were most comfortable. We has some family guests on Sunday afternoon and there was plenty of seating room for them. Ease of access to the seafront and the town was great and we enjoyed the views across the headland as seen from the lounge. We appreciated arriving to a toasty warm apartment on a dark November evening and next day relished the sunshine that bathed the lounge. The treat of a bottle of fizz was very much appreciated also. We would definitely return to this property if coming as a group again. Thanks to Hayley and Andrew for making our weekend a bit more special as we attended our daughter’s wedding.

We fell in love with Saltburn on our search for a holiday home, with its old Victorian seaside town, excellent eateries and endless fabulous walks around the area.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The Zetland building is so full of history. Have a look at the picture in the foyer which shows the opening of the building as a hotel. They had Queen Victoria stay and even built a platform and covered area for her train to come straight up to the building so she didn't get wet in case it rained! The platform and covered area are still there to this day.
