This elegant 170 m² duplex villa offers a luxurious and functional layout on two floors. It includes two spacious bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), two bathrooms with walk-in shower and an open plan kitchen and living room with two sofa beds and a dining area. Perfect for up to 6 people, it features modern furnishings, plenty of natural light and private access to the garage directly from the living room.

There is also a small extra bed in the living room suitable for children or small people.

Our accomodation is just 5 minutes from Playa Puerto Rey, 10 minutes from Garrucha, and 15 from Mojácar. Nearby you’ll find supermarkets like Mercadona (3 min walk), medical centers, restaurants, and vibrant leisure spots.

You’re also just 2.3 km from Valle del Este Golf Club, 8 km from Marina Golf Mojácar, and 80 km from Almería Airport. A car is recommended for exploring the region.

THE POOL IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE SUMMER SEASON

We don't provide towels for the pool.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will have a penalty of 250 euros.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.

Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
