The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Bishopton. There is a gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle & washing machine.



BATHROOMS/TOILETS:

The property has 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. The full bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and bathtub with an overhead shower, plus space to store your toiletries.



PARKING SPACE:

The property have a private parking space at the end of the back garden (just next to the bins)

Once guests have booked; they are asked to send in valid IDs. Upon receipt of this, they are sent information which includes the codes to access the lockboxes for collection of keys to the house, and the contact details of the Operations Team.



Our Operations team can be reached by email or phone anytime between 9am and 10pm.



Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am.



This is a family friendly neighbourhood; therefore we do not allow parties. Smoking in the property is not allowed.



HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING



*No Parties or Events Allowed

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.



*Quiet Hours After 10PM

This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.



*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine

Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.



*Check-In/Out Policy

Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)

Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour



*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver

We require either:

A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR

A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay)

Had a nice séjour here, the home is great and conveniently located near the motorway. The only thing we would have ton complain is a mission chair for five and too strong smell of perfume in the house nothing else to say, our host was amazing, I would recommend booking with him/them
