It is ideal for delegates (5 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals) as well as for vacationers (5 minutes walk from the beaches).
You'll be in awe of the gorgeous view from this duplex apartment in Cannes, light-filled, loft-like space with a commanding position overlooking the surrounding city. Step outside onto the balcony with your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, come home each afternoon to such comforts as air conditioning and a washer/dryer and enjoy easy walking access to beaches, the port, and the Palais des Festivals.
What's nearby: This stunning duplex is located in the center of beautiful Cannes. You won't need a car to visit the city, as both the train station and the bus station are close by. You'll be a quarter-mile stroll from the Palais des Festivals (the site of the Cannes Film Festival) and the port, half a mile northeast of Midi Beach, and three-quarters of a mile west of the beach, seaside promenade, and luxury boutiques of La Croisette. The neighboring Forville Market is open daily, and several excellent restaurants, including Bistrot Gourmand, are steps away.
