Al entrar, será recibido por una hermosa palapa maya que se eleva sobre la cocina, la sala y el área del loft. El patio por todas partes, con vistas a la piscina y jardines, es perfecto para relajarse o disfrutar de una noche cena privada en la playa del Carmen ..

La calma, romántico dormitorio tiene acceso directo al cuarto de baño con una ducha de mármol de gran tamaño. Y después de un agotador día en la playa o explorar las ruinas mayas, relajarse y disfrutar del espectáculo de estrellas mientras disfruta de su propio jacuzzi privado en la acogedora terraza en el techo que conduce al desván.

El dormitorio tiene una cama doble con capacidad para 2 adultos, hay una muy grande y cómodo sofá integrado en la zona de estar / cocina y el loft de la azotea tiene una cama individual / tumbona para entrar fuera del sol caliente o simplemente disfrutar de una siesta tranquila tarde. Estamos ubicados en el corazón de Playa del Carmen, justo en el medio de la acción, donde se encuentran los mejores clubes y restaurantes. La ubicación es perfecta para una buena cena y un poco de baile en un minuto.
Siendo exactamente en el centro de Playa del Carmen que tenemos una gran cantidad de clubes de la zona, la temperatura en la habitación podría molestar a algunos sueño ligero, el dormitorio es muy tranquilo y con el aire acondicionado que, básicamente, no se oye nada, también ofrecemos una máquina de reducción de ruido para sueño ligero.
Si usted se preocupa considerar un alquiler de vacaciones en Playa del Carmen y que le gustaría algo que está a 5 minutos a pie, con la playa a sólo una manzana de distancia que éste es el lugar perfecto.
Se recomienda en gran medida para las parejas jóvenes que están en busca de grandes restaurantes cerca. La oportunidad de ir de discotecas, caminar a la playa pero también poder tener muchos tours y actividades.
Hay muchos clubes cerca de la habitación es bastante, pero si tienes el sueño muy ligero, es posible que te moleste el club que están cerca.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is fabulous and the decor, charming. It’s 1 block from a beautiful beach in one direction and another block away from 5th street, which is a car free zone filled with shops, restaurants and night clubs. Everything is at your fingertips. The condo was clean, private and cozy and Terri and Dana were very easy to reach and super accommodating. The condo is 2 levels, with your own private hot tub. The neighbourhood is filled with coffee shops, convenience stores if you need anything. On the patio you can hear music at night, which adds to the vacation atmosphere of it all. We had a great 3 night stay and would definitely come back.

Great location & artsy space for young couples

Loved our time in Playa del Carmen at the Villas Sacbe. Very private and safe, although quite loud at night with the nearby discos (they blast the music from 8pm-4am what seems every night). The hot tub didn’t work when we stayed there and the toilet handle had broke but otherwise the apartment was in good, clean condition and was a great retreat from nearby busy 5th street. The location was magical as you were smack in the middle of everything from beautiful beaches to great restaurants & nightlife. We’d stay there again.

What a beautiful condo. ...

What a beautiful condo. My boyfriend and I stayed in Villa #12 for 7 nights during May. The condo is located in a prime location - one block from the beach and one block from 5th Avenue. Villa Sacbe is definitely five-star! Housekeeping came every other day, the concierge service the owners use were so helpful, and a security guard was onsite from 8pm-8am. I highly recommend Villas Sacbe #12 for the prime location, the cleanliness of the condo, and the price.

Great deal!

This place was a tropical paradise within a short walking distance to the beach and lively 5th Avenue. There are nightclubs very close by but we felt very safe. There are two locked gates to get through and one is a private gate for this villa alone. The noise was not bad at all mon-thurs night but did increase a bit on the weekend. Still not much of an issue unless you are a light sleeper you may want earplugs. 10/10 experience!

the noise from the TWO DISCO NIGHTCLUBS ADJACENT TO THIS CONDO was so loud from 10 PM until 6 AM !! that the windows shook and rattled and the walls shook. I dont think this poor owner may have known when they bought the place, but the neighbors told us she was aware of the disco music all night and didnt want to lose renters. go ahead and rent this place if you are an all day sleeper and all night partier, but if you plan on getting ANY SLEEP AT ALL, RENT ANOTHER PLACE... YOU WONT SLEEP AT NIGHT HERE

We arrived at the property and taxi could not find so we walked a block to find asking people they forgot to get us the name off the property. When we finally found it the gate code did not work it took us two hrs to get in once we talked with the person in charge by text . Some one finally came into the garage so we got in . Than there was no hot water and the hut tub had one jet working and never got hot so a waste we stayed there one night and ended up leaving and booked somewhere else . Do not waste your time with this property.

Sheer torture

Unfortunately I was not impressed with this facility. The unit itself was dated and not as tidy as it could have been. It sits just yards from three major clubs and the noise level is intense. It starts playing the so called music at 10 and doesn't stop until 5 in the morning. It isn't actually music but continued pounding of the bass. You could practically feel the intensity of the pounding. To verify this check out google maps and you can see where the clubs are located. While we were there at one of the clubs there was a shooting with 5 people killed and 15 injured. Verify this on CNN. It was called the Blue Parrot club. Obviously not a safe are to be in during the evening hours.

we had a lovely time staying here. sergio was always prompt with answering our questions. was a bit nervous as this was my first time using vrbo but had a good experience. the clubs nearby are noisy at night but it was not a problem once we figured out how to use the white noise machine in the bedroom. i'm a light sleeper so the noise affected me some but not my husband who wasn't bothered by it. the only problem we had was the jacuzzi only worked the first day. the second day and third day it was overheated and when we told the staff they cooled it down and then it wasn't warming up enough after that. other than that we had no issues.

Nice home in great location.

We stayed in this home the second week of December. The place was very clean and comfy. Two issues that arose with the home, one is that all water that comes from the tap is salty. Water from the shower to the sink was salty. Not such a big deal but unexpected when your brushing your teeth and you rinse with salt water. The second thing was our second night there the ac unit stopped working. The management staff was very quick to move us into another unit seeing as it was averaging about 85 degrees Fahrenheit during the day. Those two things aside, I would definitely recommend this condo to everyone.

Amazing stay! Dec 27, 2016 - Jan 3, 2016

We have just returned from 7 days at Villas Sacbe condo 112. We rented through VRBO and HomeAway. Sergio the owner was easy to deal with. We communicated a few times before our trip and he was quick to reply. The condo is managed by condo hotels and their service from check in to check out was great. The location was perfect. 1 block from the beach and 1 block from 5th Ave. It is a busy area for nightlife. We brought earplugs but never used them. While the rooftop, patios, and living room are loud, we heard nothing in the bedroom. There is a white noise machine but we never had to turn it on and we were even there for New Years Eve and DJ fest! This condo is exactly as the pictures show. Private and romantic. Hot tub was perfect. We used it every day. We felt very safe there during our stay. The only thing it needs is a freezer, but we made do with a small cooler to keep ice for blended drinks! Walmart and Mega are close by for any supplies you might need. Hundreds of restaurants in all price ranges within a few blocks. So much to do around the Playa area, we will stay again for sure. Thank you Sergio and Villas Sacbe Condo Hotels for a perfect vacation!

Amazing location and place to stay!

Loved the Hot tub/ Location(close to beach & activities)/ Gym/staff at the condo complex Only negative but important enough to mention is the fact that the bed is extremely stiff and hard downstairs both me and my girlfriend struggled to get good sleep every night............. just way too stiff (Despite the bed being really uncomfortable I did not want to take away any stars as everything else was amazing) I hope that by mentioning the stiff bed this might change so the next time we book we hopefully will get better rest! Thank you for making your place available and we plan to make this our new home away from home!!!

Great couple getaway!

First off I have to say I loved Playa del Carmen, it was a great place for a couple get away/special occasion. The people were very friendly..especially the staff of Villa we stayed in. The Villa was at great location!!!! We were on the next street over from 5th Ave. Also two blocks down from the night clubs. If you don't like loud music. It's probably not the place for you, but it was great for us. The Condo itself was very clean and nice..it also had a stocked fridge of wine, beer and cokes that you could purchase at a really great price. The only bad thing, and the reason for the 4 stars is because the location where you have beach access was washed out, and your not able to actually pass through there. But I would recommend mamasita beach club, or kool beach club..it is very reasonable priced for beach chair rental and access, and food is good also. It is about a 10 min walk from the villa. Most recommended restaurant is Plank, the food was delicious:)

Beautiful Condo!

We booked this trip in celebration of our anniversary and absolutely love it here! This is a beautiful and romantic condo that is right next to the beach and town where all the action is. It had everything we needed and more! The owners were very helpful and provided all the information needed. We will definitely want to come back and I definitely recommend this condo for couples!

As close to perfect as possible!

What you see and read is what you get! My wife and I spent our honeymoon there March 15-25 2016. The place was clean, ready for check in at 3:00 as advertised. The office to check in and out at for the place was a block away, no big deal whatsoever. The beach club you have access to is less than a 3 minute walk away as well, and was where we spent a lot of our time, great spot (INDIGO). The hot tub was clean and ready to go. The noise at night from the clubs are only an issue if you make it a point to make it an issue. My wife is an extremely light sleeper, and with the sound proofed bedroom, along with the white noise machine, you couldn't hear the music unless you were awake listening for it, and even then you could barely hear it. She didn't lose any sleep whatsoever, and we literally went to be when it started for the night. Even for being in the middle of the night life, just off of 5TH Ave. (which for first time travelers- is a must visit with tons of pubs, restaurants, shops, etc... about 5 kms long and people crowd the pedestrian only street all day and night long), we felt very safe. Gate with a code to get onto the property, another keyed gate to access unit 12's patios, and obviously another key to enter the unit itself. We literally don't have anything bad to say about the place, and will be looking to book again next time in Playa. The only thing we would have liked- keep in mind we were there 10 days- would have been a bigger fridge. but we still made due with the one there. Sergio was A1 to deal with, responded to emails / questions / concerns very promptly, and had any / all information we needed or were looking for. Once you book, the information that is given to you covers mostly everything anyway, but he made sure to fill us in on the very few other questions we had. The folks at the check in office were great as well, they helped with any little things we needed along the way with no issues (more water, shampoo, etc..). The cleaning service was also great, you could choose what cleaning you wanted done while you were out, anything from do not disturb to full cleaning service. All n all 5+ stars!! Thanks Sergio and condo hotels!!
