Bienvenido a Oasis Chloe, tu Penthouse privado en Playa del Carmen en los Oasis 12 Condos. Ubicado en el centro de Playa del Carmen, está a solo 2 minutos a pie de la energía y la emoción de la 5ta Avenida. Otros 2 minutos más y llegarás a la suave arena blanca y aguas turquesas de la Rivera mexicana. Oasis 12 cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas, acceso controlado, ascensor de tamaño completo, piscina climatizada al aire libre, gimnasio en el lugar y estacionamiento.

Contemple la vista al mar mientras toma el sol en su penthouse privado en la azotea o descansa en su piscina privada mientras la fresca brisa del mar calma su alma. Por la noche, algunos de los mejores restaurantes están a solo 2 cuadras de distancia en la moderna 5ta Avenida. Pase interminables horas paseando sin rumbo por el bohemio bulevar. Too many issues

The property was nice, but not as nice as the pictures suggest. Noise was minimal and not a problem. Now for the bad. After the 3 night we began getting bites from something in the condo up until we left. We also encountered 2 HUGE cockroaches in our condo! We also had a short power outage (30-45min) which only affected our condo. All appliances worked fine except the dryer that could not dry any towels or clothing so we ended up air drying them. Eventhough the price was right for the space rented the conveniences were not worth it. The lone highlight for me was the owners suggestion of tony as a driver for transportation around playa when needed. He was great and his rates were reasonable for a taxi. I would suggest to use him for pick up as well becuase he came in cheaper than the transportation service suggested by the owner. I was really hoping for the best with this VROB but it disappointed.

Perfect place in Playa del Carmen

The penthouse apartment we stayed in was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space with a well-equipped kitchen (which we didn't use much but still). There were plenty of AC units if we had needed them (one in each bedroom and one in the living room) and we enjoyed the plunge pool. We were near great restaurants but not SO close to main tourist street. It WAS loud some nights even though the noise-making clubs were quite a distance to us, but I think you would have to go FAR our to not hear anything. Using earplugs worked and my son's room which faced away from the noise was insulated from it. Would definitely stay again.

Could Not Be Better

The condo was really lovely. We loved having the decks on both floors and ended up staying there much more than we had planned. We had a couple really windy days and the beach was not an option but the pool on the roof along with the sheltered bar area was perfect. The most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time. Easy check in. Responsive property manager. Loved the location. Well stocked and pristine condition. My husband is already talking about returning.

Amazing Condo in a wonderful location!

This was our first time in Playa Del Carmen and our first experience renting through VRBO, so we were a bit hesitant. However, the moment we stepped into the condo, all our worries melted away. The space was absolutely beautiful, impeccably clean, and filled with thoughtful touches. Communication with the property manager was seamless, and we were thrilled to find groceries already delivered and waiting in the refrigerator when we arrived.Tonya went above and beyond, leaving an amazing binder packed with recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. Past guests had also contributed their tips, creating a treasure trove of ideas, and we happily added a few of our favorite restaurants to the list!The condo’s location made it a breeze to explore the area on foot. The rooftop patio was our personal oasis, complete with a refreshingly cool plunge pool, while the larger main pool turned out to be even more spacious than we had expected—and we made the most of it by swimming every single day!Our time in Playa Del Carmen was truly unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Tonya, for sharing your little slice of paradise with us!

Perfect vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oasis Chloe. Tanya provided very helpful information about the area, things to do, airport transportation, a taxi driver, etc. It was our first time vacationing in Mexico and we really enjoyed staying in the condo for a more immersive, local experience versus staying in a resort which would have kept us insulated. The property was just as described and is very conveniently located. Walmart, the beach and Quinta Avenida are a very short walk. The condo was well stocked and had beach chairs, blanket, sand toys, and umbrellas for use. We enjoyed the sunrise on the porch overlooking the church courtyard and bell tower. The plunge pool was a great feature, although because we were staying during the hottest part of the year we could only use it after sunset. But the condo pool is very nice. It stays shaded most of the day so the water stays cooler than the condo plunge pool (which in August heated up to Jacuzzi temperature) and sunblock wasn’t necessary in the main pool. Just a couple of thoughts…I’m so thankful I brought our nice Nike swim goggles. The water is clear and at the 38th street beach there is coral and fish. They were also great for the cenote. We did see goggles for sale there, but they were very poor quality (like something you’d get at Dollar General or such) but were very expensive ($20-25 USD). So, bring goggles with you. In the heat, drinks warm quickly, so I wish we’d have brought can/bottle koozies. Lastly, bring a GoPro.

Wonderful stay!

The condo is beautiful and in a great location. We loved spending time at the community pool and having 24 hour security was a big plus. The only thing that wasn't great was having to watch how much energy we used so that we did not exceed the 300 kilowatt maximum. It was incredibly hot but we were afraid to use the air conditioning.

Great place, great location, great host

We stayed for 7 days in July. The location is a few minute walk to 5th & 10th Avenue restaurants & stores with a few more minutes to the beach. It's also a block from the Centro Park which houses Fiestas throughout the year. We were lucky to down there for one of their bigger ones and it was a blast to walk over and hit all the street vendors and listen to live music on the main stage. The host also gave us a great list of places to go, taxi's to use, etc. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place close to all the fun where you can walk to pretty much everything.

Perfect Luxury Oasis in Playa del Carmen

Our stay at Oasis Chloe was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the most breathtaking views and a sense of tranquility that lasted throughout our entire vacation. Inside, the condo is impeccably furnished with every convenience imaginable. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully stocked with high-end appliances and cookware. The bedrooms are spacious and each equipped with their own luxurious bathrooms and entertainment systems, ensuring everyone had their own private retreat at the end of the day. The attention to detail throughout Oasis Chloe is exceptional. From the plush linens to the thoughtful touches like beach chairs, umbrellas, and even multiple coffee makers to suit every taste, it’s clear that every aspect of comfort has been considered. Location-wise, Oasis Chloe strikes the perfect balance between serenity and accessibility. It’s just a short stroll to both the lively 5th Avenue with its shops and restaurants, and the stunning beaches of Playa del Carmen. Despite being so close to the action, the condo itself is remarkably peaceful, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. Above all, the hospitality of the hosts was exceptional. Wonderful place

The condo, the building, the property manager all exceeded our expectations. Beautiful place, very secure, in a location that is walkable to everything needed for a fun filled vacation. Lots of room, two nice outdoor areas, 3 very large bedroom spaces (including the amazing penthouse). Nice breeze to help on those hot days. Would not hesitate to return to the beautiful place! Very comfortable, spacious and safe

We are a three generational family of six. This condo was able to comfortably fulfill all of our needs. The host and building manager are very responsive. Communication and security are excellent, as is the location. We loved sitting upstairs together at night enjoying the moonlight and our own private plunge pool. A truly memorable vacation.

Best location

Loved our stay here!! Honestly I was nervous coming here with our kids (9 and 12) and not speaking any Spanish but it was amazing! We felt so safe and the security here was so friendly. We visited water parks and commented how lucky we are to stay in this condo and be close to everything, the resorts require a taxi to most places. We walked to the beach, to dinners, to Marley Coffee, Walmart for food. Everything was just amazing. If you wanted to go woop it up you can walk there but if you’ve got kids like us you can still be out and about and a safe walk back before all the big partying. The condo was comfortable and great amenities. Thank you Tonya for being such a great host and great communication! Already looking to stay here for next year!

Fantastic vacation

We stayed at this rental property for 9 nights. It was absolutely perfect for our family. The location is close to everything you need in Playa, but also a few blocks away from 15th Street, so it isn't noisy. We traveled with three children, ages 8, 10 and 13. My eldest loved having his own penthouse. He stayed on the top floor. My girls shared the twin bedroom and my husband and I kept the master. We loved the dipping pool and my kids spent hours in the large shared pool. The hosts offer lots of recommendations. We used their recommended taxi driver, Tony, repeatedly. He's honest and brought us to some incredible excursions (cenotes, Tulum, a glass factory). We couldn't recommend this property anymore. We hope to return again soon!

Great location condo with bonus penthouse

We stayed 6 days at this condo. Great location, 5 min away walking distance to Quinta Avenida. Very clean. All the amenities you needed were there. Felt safe here with security in front. Claudio, the property manager was always quick to respond to our emails. The plunge pool was a welcoming addition to literally just plunge in from the oppressive heat. WiFi was awesome. Thank you so much for making our stay at Playa del Carmen memorable.

Will stay here over and over again

The condo was amazing, great location, check in was easy, instructions and guide provided was a tremendous help. We were able to walk everywhere with 5-10 minutes. Will stay here every time we visit Playa del Carmen.

Perfect for our family of 4

The condo is better than advertised! It is clean and well maintained. The decor and furniture are lovely and comfortable. Our host, Tonya, gave us so much helpful information before our arrival that helped make our vacation run smoothly from a taxi driver recommendation to great restaurants, beaches and grocery stores. Her instructions for the condo were also extremely helpful. The three large bedrooms and bathrooms allowed my family to spread out. We especially loved all of the outdoor seating areas and pool on the top floor. The kitchen included everything we needed. On top of all that, the location was ideal. Just a short walk to restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and shopping. We loved exploring Playa during the day and then returning to the condo for some peace and relaxation in the evenings. We highly recommend Oasis Chloe!

Absolutely perfect!

Location is great and condo is amazing! We were so relaxed sitting on the rooftop outdoor area that we had to force ourselves to leave and take a few excursions!

Oasis Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay at the penthouse suite at the Oasis 12. We had our family with us for the first 2 weeks and found it to be very spacious. Everyone enjoyed their stay and loved the upper deck, BBQ, wading pool and deck seating. We asked for playpen and highchair for our small grandson and it was supplied. Property manager,Claudio, was easy to communicate with if needed and quick to respond. We used the outdoor pool area daily and it was always clean and chairs available when wanted. Benjamin and front area staff were always pleasant,helpful and courteous. We would surely stay at this location again. Many Thanks, Dale and Lynn

My husband and I grew up in the midwest United States and are avid travelers. We often say, "We work to travel". We have two amazing kids that are growing up too fast and will soon be leaving us for college. They have enjoyed traveling the globe with us and have met lots of interesting people many of whom we now call friends.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I have been traveling to Mexico since I was a teenager and fell in love with the crystal clear blue water and sugar sand beaches. I took my husband to Playa and we fell in love with the international feel of the city. We love strolling around town and finding new and different places to eat. The kids have enjoyed returning again and again to the same place and enjoy knowing where to go for the best food, groceries, shopping and beaches. We have made great friends in the building and love that we can hop on a plane and be in paradise in a couple hours.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

After an exhaustive search of PDC, we arrived at Oasis 12 and fell in love with the building & our condo. We love Oasis Chloe because of generous floor plan and the beautiful cooling ocean breeze that is ever-present on the penthouse roof. There is plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax away from the stress and hustle of our lives in the States.
