Nuestra casa es unas vacaciones para experimentar. Recientemente renovado con todos los muebles nuevos, ropa de cama, cocina actualizada, nueva chimenea de gas y bañera de hidromasaje privada. Ubicado en el centro de Frisco a solo minutos de Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone y Vail. A dos cuadras de transporte gratuito a remontes. A pie de restaurantes y tiendas. Gran verano senderismo y ciclismo de montaña también. Barrio tranquilo, perfecto para familias. Incluye acceso a Internet Wi-fi y X-Box 360 para los niños.

Ski Trip

The property was great for our group. Very conveniently located, with a short walk to the main street and quick access onto I70 west. We would stay again.

Great Location and Fabulous Host

The property exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed cooking some dinners in the well stocked kitchen. The teenagers loved the downstairs room so that they could have more privacy. Alan was an attentive host. We would have no hesitation booking this VRBO again if we travel back to Frisco in the future.

White Christmas Getaway

Convenience in Frisco

Good location, close to Main St. In Frisco. If you like the freedom to ski at multiple mountains, this is it. The house is well equipped and had everything we needed. There are a lot of steps, with 3 bedrooms on the top floor and 1 on the lowest floor. The garage is convenient, but short. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Great place

Stayed for a ski vacation. House very close to A-Basin, Copper, Keystone and Breckenridge. Great location to hit several resorts in one trip. House was clean, and had all amenities we needed. Hot Tub was great. Especially after a day skiing. Could walk to town and food.

Perfect location - great for large family!

We had a great time warming by the fire and in the hot tub between our ski days. We were able to ski at Keystone, Breck, Vail and Beaver Creek from this central location. There was plenty of room for our family coming together for Christmas.

Nice house, nice location, and very good hosts. Alan and Mary were excellent at communicating throughout the process of renting and staying at their lovely house. I'd stay there again.

Comfy Cozy Family Vacstion

Alan was a fabulous host. He was always available to answer any questions. We had a family of 6 adults. The home was very clean with lots of amenities. Alan had suggested alot of resturants And activities and we loved all the ones we tried. The location was fantastic and convenient. We would highly recommend this home. When we come back to Summit County we would for sure stay here. Thank you Alan and Mary.

Nice house in a great location

Very nice house for four independent adults. Short drive to the ski slopes and walkable to multiple good restaurants. Alan was very nice and easy to communicate with. Overall, Alan and his house made for a great experience.

Location is perfect on this one!

If you want to be close to Main Street look no further. This home is cozy and has all the amenities that you will need including a kuerig(didn’t know about this so I wanted to share) the hot tub is very nice and oh so perfect after skiing. If you are a night owl please note you are to be out by 9-10 pm. The master bed was VERY comfortable. No complaints on any of the beds except the one in the lower level, not sure if it was the bed itself or the mattress but the kids moved upstairs because they said that lower bunk bed wasn’t very comfortable. The layout worked ok for us with the one bed/bath/laundry off the garage in the lower level. Kitchen/living/powder room on the next level along with a deck and this is the level for the front of the house and the hot tub. And the upper level has 3 bedrooms including the master. Would have liked a tv in all Bedrooms, not a huge deal but tvs are pretty inexpensive. We invited my parents a few weeks before we can since there was extra room and they wanted to dogsled with us, it was a little rough for my parents (in their 70s) to get up and down all the stairs. They are pretty steep and there are a lot of them. We were so happy that they had the powder room on the main floor for this reason. The fireplace was awesome and cozy. Whomever they hired for the snow removal did a great job keeping up with the snowfall. The property is well kept and I really saw nothing in need of repair. Oh and a huge plus, they must have a great water heater. We all took showers after skiing and all of our showers were nice and hot! All in all we loved this place and would stay here again on our next trip.

We had a great stay! The location and amenities were perfect for our family of five, there was even extra space when some friends popped in for a night. The hot tub was amazing after skiing too!

Beautiful home makes for Perfect Christmas!

Great location, very well stocked, beautiful home and great owner sums up our stay at this property. It made for the perfect place to spend Christmas with our family, including our granddaughter’s 1st Christmas. Highly recommend and definitely plan to stay again when we return.

Nice place

It was a very nice house in a great location. Only issue we really had was the plowing. We were only plowed once in our 5 day stay. The snow was also piled up on each side of the driveway so it made it a bit difficult to back out of the driveway. Alan was very responsive to my inquiries and also apologized that they didn't plow when they were supposed to.

Relaxing high country retreat

This is a great house just two blocks from Main Street shops, dining and services right in the middle of Ski Country USA with quick access to Breckenridge, Loveland, A-Basin, Copper Mountain (my favorite) and Keystone. Quick drive to Dillon Reservoir, Silverthorne Outlet Mall, Vail and Beaver Creek makes it ideal for Summer as well. Owners were very responsive and we had a terrific family week.

Mary and I (Alan) and our dog Katie live and work in Jupiter, Florida. Mary is the Corporate Nurse, and I am an IT Project Manager for Florida Power & Light. We enjoy being active and discovered this great location in Frisco, CO that is the perfect getaway for us from Florida. We completely renovated our new home from top to bottom, and feel it is now more comfortable than our primary home in FL. Come and visit and we think you'll enjoy the home and mountains as much as we do.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Perfect getaway for us from Florida. Two blocks from Frisco's old style CO Main Street with lots of great restaurants and shops. It offers great Summer activities such as Mountainbiking, hiking, and sailing with 72 degree weather instead of our 95 degrees in FL. Goes without saying it is right in the middle of some of the finest skiing in the country. If you are active there is no better or prettier place to be.
