A tan sólo 2 millas de Breckenridge Ski Resort, esta propiedad es una casa de dos pisos unifamiliar con aprox. 2753 sq. Ft. La planta principal tiene un baño y medio, amplia cocina (totalmente equipada), y sala de estar con chimenea de gas, 2 TV de pantalla grande por cable y una mesa de futbolín. Hay cinco dormitorios y tres baños completos en planta alta. Fuera de la casa, hay dos cubiertas adjuntas y un balcón en la habitación principal. La cubierta lateral tiene una parrilla de carbón. La nueva bañera caliente se sienta en la cubierta trasera. Detrás de la casa hay un pozo de fuego, bancos, mesa de picnic, y un columpio de registro. Compramos la casa sin amueblar agosto 2014 por lo tanto el mobiliario es nuevo incluyendo todos los colchones, seccionales, sofás de dos plazas, sillas mesas, etc.

Otras comodidades incluyen una mesa de tamaño completo de hockey de aire y mini doble juego de disparos de baloncesto en el garaje, lavadora / secadora arriba, y WIFI a fondo la casa. 2 bancos en el garaje para poner / botas de esquí de nieve, etc. Cobertura celular en toda la zona es excelente.

Breck 2025

Outstanding home for our family ski vacation. Very clean and comfortable. Games and books for all ages. Kitchen was well stocked with every pot pan and utensil we needed. Also had many spices and other cooking supplies. Would highly recommend!

A wonderful stay!

The house was perfect for a group or size. It really should be listed as a 5 bedroom 3.5 bath. Host was very responsive. Had everything we needed. It takes about 15 mins to get to town or to peak 9 (which is where we put our kids for ski school). Would definitely stay again! Thanks Jen!

Perfect home

Perfect home for 6 adults and four kids. It has two wonderful fireplaces, amazing hot tub and a great location to Breckenridge skiing. Communication with the owner was great. We'd love to stay again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great family stay

The house was everything we needed to bring our 5 families together. The dining room table allowed everyone to have a seat at the table. The beds were very comfortable. All areas were spacious with plenty of bathrooms. Hot tub was a plus after spending the day on the slopes. The fire place was also great. Kids and adults enjoyed the games offered. Highly recommended.

Perfect Location

The house easily accommodated our group of 8. The house is incredibly kid friendly with tons of games, a foosball and air hockey table, sleds and much more. We were surprised to find 2 sets of bunk beds as I believe only one was in the description. The house is in a quiet neighborhood within a couple minute drive to peak 7. We would definitely stay here again!

Things to consider Mixer hand or standing Cookie pans or baking trays. Set of glass microwaveable bowls in assorted sizes. Otherwise fully stocked.

Lovely home in the mountains

We had a 3 generation family friends trip to Breck. We had an awesome time in this accommodation with beautiful views of the stars and the snow-covered trees! The house is 10 minutes drive from Peak 8 and the Nordic Ski Center. It has a hot tub and 2 warm fireplaces to make the stay very cozy. Would stay here again!When we needed an item the owner was rapidly responsive and helpful to assist us. Much appreciated.There was plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 kids. Downstairs there is a kitchen and several couches and sofas near fireplaces, a small bathroom, and a foosball table. Lots of accommodations upstairs with 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is very roomy with an in suite bathroom. There are two rooms with a bunk bed in each of them which suited the kids very nicely. And, there are two other bedrooms with queen beds upstairs.Our only complaint is that the mattress in one of the upstairs bedrooms (the bear room) is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was super comfortable in this house. The kitchen was stocked with several spices and other essentials that helped with cooking. Loved having the garage for storing ski equipment and and extra fridge/freezer in the garage for drinks.Overall, a wonderful stay!

Everything about this house and location is fantastic!

Our family of 9 had the absolute best time and experience at this house. First, Jen was a great with communicating with us before and during the trip. This is actually more like a 5 bedroom home. I guess the bunk room that isn’t mentioned is more of a study but it was a great surprise. Everyone had their own private space. The location is great! We were very close to peak 7 and 8 and just a short distance to town. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, 2 crock pots and anything else you’d need. The hot tub was a big hit after skiing all day. This is truly one of the best experiences we’ve had on VRBO. We can’t wait to go back!

Great Location and Even Better House

I stayed at this house with several old friends (30-37 years old). It was the perfect amount of space - almost everyone had their own bedroom, the kitchen was very spacious, and it was great to be able to eat breakfast and dinner together at the large dining table. It was perfect for entertaining large groups who still want to be able to find space for alone time. We played lots of chess by the fireplace as well! The couches are super comfortable, and we had people watching the winter olympics through the window when they were in the hot tub. Several people could take hot showers at the same time. The drive to Breckenridge Resort was about 5-10 minutes max! If I come back to Breck, I will stay here again. I can totally see how this house would be perfect for a family reunion as well! We never heard any noise from neighbors, and we could park four cars in the driveway.

Amazing house and location

The house is amazing and loved how we could all be together in the open concept kitchen family dining and living areas. Location was awesome just a few minutes from peak 7 & 8. Jen was so helpful answering all my questions. We will definitely come back here!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The home is warm and welcoming. There are large common areas where our entire family could be together comfortably! And two decks where you can relax or share a meal. We stayed in July and enjoyed the cooler mountain temperatures and loved all the games that our host Jen had at available at the home. From air hockey to foosball and so many board games. Hiking was close by and the Breckenridge gondola, which is free, was less than 2 miles away for a fun day town. Wonderful home in the mountains!

Great Colorado Stay!

The size of the house was perfect for us (7 adults, 1 newly walking toddler). The surprise extra bedroom (study) was perfect for our son to sleep in. The only surprise we had was when a hot tub maintenance man showed up in the backyard without notice, but he finished his work quickly and left.

Great House with Great location

Very spacious house with mostly nice finishes. Really great location as long as you’re fine driving to and from the resort, which we were. We were very comfortable in the house. Few things would have helped make our stay a little bit better- first night we went to get into the hot tub and realized it was 68 degrees so we had to turn it up and wait till the next day. Soaps and shampoos in the showers were limited or not there so we had to pick some up and when we went to use the Weber grill it was still full of ask so we had to clean the whole thing out. None of which were a big deal but overall enough to knock a star off. But on the better than expected side there was a great assortment of spices and appliances/utensils. And the foosball and living arrangements were brilliant. Lots of great board games too that we all enjoyed.

Like sharing a friends home

Our group of 3 family's, totaling 14, had a great stay. A moose literally crossed the road directly in front of our car as we neared the house for the first time. The location was great near Peak 7/8 (although beyond walking distance). House was very comfortable. The 1 car heated garage space is used perfectly as play room and ski gear storage/prep area (along with an extra refrigerator). The bedroom's were suitable for our 6 adults and 8 kids ages 8-14. We enjoyed the many board games and kids toys. We had to invoke a rule of no foosball before 7am! The hot tub was amazing! Fireplaces are very warm! We were there 5 nights and ate breakfast and dinner each time in the house. The kitchen was stocked nicely with cooking equipment and dishes as well as a nice variety of spices/etc., which is a nice touch and not common in all rentals. Similarly with TP, soaps, detergent, etc. The instructions provided are to the point, very clear and helpful - read it carefully and you are good to go. We communicated with Jen a few times and she was always prompt, pleasant and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and family-friendly

Wonderful house for our family (6 adults, 5 children. Spacious and family-friendly. The owner was so nice and easy to reach any time we needed something. All appliances are first rate, the house has two beautiful decks and a hot tub, lots of games and things to do. Location is perfect. We had a great time!
