This 1-bedroom unit is just steps from Sayulita's main beach, offering the perfect balance of central convenience and hillside relaxation. Located right in the heart of town, the elevated setting makes it feel like a peaceful escape from the lively streets below. The home features a kitchen, a living room, and a dedicated workspace. Guests also have access to the shared pool on the property, a perfect spot to relax and unwind!

The space
Casa Surf is one of five Casas located in one of the original properties near Sayulita's vibrant town center, Casa Santander. The property has a steep driveway, but adds to its tucked-away feel, and yet it's just a short walk to the beach, plaza, and local restaurants! Guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the shared pool and terrace, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Guest access
Guests staying at Casa Surf will have full access to the private 1-bedroom unit, which includes 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a comfortable living room. In addition to the private space, guests can enjoy access to the shared pool and terrace, perfect for relaxing and taking in the atmosphere of Sayulita. The shared amenities provide a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring or surfing nearby.

Other things to note
• The pool & terrace area is shared with the other casas.

• We have a friendly senior cat, Fluffy, who lives on the property. He stays outside, please don't let him into the houses or feed him.

• We are just 2 blocks from the town plaza and with this ideal location comes noise - day and night.

• The driveway is steep. If you have elderly in your group or people with difficulty walking, this is likely not the place for you.

• Parking is free in the driveway but is shared between all 5 casas. It's first come first serve. However, there is normally space. Keep in mind the driveway is steep to drive up as well - if you are not a comfortable driver. Additional parking can be found on nearby streets.

• Cleaning (towel changes, sweeping, and mopping) is available upon request for 200 pesos. Please message us if you would like cleaning, to coordinate a day.

• Please note the latest photos of the construction that is underway that has partially obstructed the view.

• Property caretaker(s) are on-site from 9-3. Don't be afraid to ask if you need or are missing something!
