La visión de los orígenes de WaterColors Southern, el respeto por las características naturales existentes y la planificación íntima de un pequeño pueblo es lo que verá durante sus vacaciones en WaterColor.

La casa de dos pisos está decorada con gusto y comodidad y le da la sensación de estar "en casa" en el momento en que entra por la puerta principal. Las dos suites principales con cama King en la planta superior se abren a su propio balcón para mayor privacidad. Un tercer dormitorio con una cama queen en el primero ofrece suficiente espacio para dormir para los niños o una tercera pareja. Cada habitación tiene un baño privado. Mientras está sentado en el porche delantero, puede disfrutar de una taza de café o una copa de vino mientras contempla un parque.
Un corto paseo a la piscina del vecindario o una caminata de 15 minutos a la playa y suficientes actividades para todas las edades mantienen a todos felices. Camina hasta el centro de la ciudad para cenar y entretenerte o conduce a cualquiera de los muchos restaurantes de clase mundial ubicados en Scenic 30-A.

Great family beach house

My family (husband and four kids) stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The location is great and the home is well-appointed and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation

We had an amazing vacation. The location next to the frog pool made for easy quick trips to the pool for the kiddos. Was a very quiet and relaxing part of the neighborhood. We would very much recommend!

Amazing house and location!

Beautiful home, near everything, with so much to do for all ages.

The home is lovely with all the amenities. The location made for easy access to the main club and beach and the tennis courts and all 4 swimming pools by bicycle. Area is safe, quite and beautiful.

Great location and home

We had a very comfortable and relaxed stay. House was lovely and perfect for two couples w two king size beds upstairs. Having golf cart and bikes was great. Quiet neighborhood , easy access to everything!

Another great stay!

This was our second time at this house. Love the quiet location near the frog pool and Camp Watercolor. It’s great having the bikes but we rented the electric cart this time which was fun especially going to the Beach Club. Communication with Pam was great once again.

Great location and house

Beautiful house. Spacious for our family of four. Great location to camp watercolor and a short golf cart ride to the beach club. Owners were responsive. Thank you for a great vacation house.

Great stay

Great stay in Watercolor. The home was as described, and really liked the location near the frog pool. It was great not to have to bring our own bikes and have the option to rent the golf cart. We walked or biked to Camp Watercolor and biked to beach and beach club. Communication with Pam was very easy. Would stay there again.

Perfect

This house in Watercolor was perfect for our vacation! Nestled on a quiet street, but still close enough to walk to everything. However, we did rent a golf cart and loved it. We went everywhere from Grayton Beach to Seaside to the Hub and never used our rental car. The property owner and the housekeeper were both very helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. There was two great pools very close by. Camp Watercolor had slides, lazy river, tiki bar and a bunch of other stuff. The Frog Pool was a relaxing place to wind down at the end of the day. Can’t wait to go back to this perfect house for the perfect vacation!

One of the best we've stayed at.

We have been staying at Watercolor for years now, and this is one of the best houses we've had. If you want a nice quiet stay at Watercolor/Seaside this is the place. The house is tucked way in the back of the community next to the state park which makes it a great spot at night. We had our kids 12 and 9 with us, and being located so closely to the Frog pool was amazing. Literally steps away. Having access to all of Watercolor's amazing facilities is also a great bonus. The house has a great layout; large kitchen and dining area. The two rooms upstairs are full primaries with great decks to relax on. Great communication with the owners, and the golf cart really comes in handy. Small note, really small note; new seating in the sitting area would be a nice, but you'll hardly notice.

Great location, great stay

We were in Watercolor for Springbreak and loved this house. Would definitely stay here again. It was located in the back of the neighborhood and was nice and quiet....so good to get away from the crowds! It’s a VERY easy bike ride to the beach, shops and restaurants, and not a bad walk either. There is also a pool that is super close. It’s also an easy ride to the grocery store. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the large kitchen was well stocked with any dishes, pots and pans etc. that you may need. It was a perfect setup with our 16 year old son to have 2 masters upstairs - everyone had their own space. Next time we will bring my mom along, the downstairs bedroom and attached bathroom would be perfect for her. 4 adult bikes were provided and Pam even had donuts and milk delivered the first morning :). I think we only had one question while there and she answered promptly. Highly recommend this house!

Sweat, stress and hassle

Was told the morning after check-in that upstairs AC was broken & would be fixed halfway through trip. Later owner told us it broke the week prior. We were not told about it before check-in so we could find another spot. Owner said we would discuss compensation later, which never happened. Upstairs has 2 of 3 bedrooms. Average temperature without air was 78 upstairs, reaching 81. The fan in master stuck on low. Bugs came in because upstairs windows don’t all have screens. On the 4th day, the owner finally sent over 2 fans, after I couldn’t find them at the store. It was 4 miserable, sweaty, sleep-deprived nights. The owner told us to sleep downstairs, but there is nowhere for 5 people to sleep. Our teenager was in the bedroom, & couch doesn’t pull out. Owner, while responsive, repeatedly commented, "it is comfortable outside” down playing the upstairs high temp. I called VRBO, but they weren’t able to find us a location to move to. The modem was broken, so couldn’t work remotely. Didn’t get replaced til mid-trip & we had to wait for the tech to fix it since they don’t have a property manager. The owner offered to let us check out 2 hours late, maybe this equals time lost. I had to followup with the owner about the compensation mentioned previously for the broken AC & modem, and was ignored & refunded part of the cleaning fee. We didn’t get what we paid full price for (a fully functioning property) & the owner conveniently hid the broken amenities before check-in.

perfect size home. Plenty of room. Large bedrooms with large bathrooms and closet. Near a cul-de-sac. In the more quiet area, but close to everything. The porch and balconies are great for relaxing. People watching.

Family Beach Trip

We had the best experience. We loved the house and the quiet location. Beautiful house for a growing family! We loved the private balconies and garage with all the beach chairs/equipment. Everything we needed was there! We will be back next year!

Santa Rosa Beach is a short drive from Tallahassee, making it a perfect weekend getaway. Once there, however, it is hard to leave!

The peacefulness of Watercolor and the numerous activities -- whichever you want. The many golf courses in the area and the dining is superb. We can bike to so many places we rarely need a car.
