Hi, I’m David—born and raised in Lincoln, and a proud first-time host. I work in the RAF and have always appreciated structure and attention to detail, which I’ve carried over into creating this space. Hosting is something I’ve wanted to do for years, and this waterfront property has been a real passion project.
In my free time, I enjoy travel, interior design, and exploring the hidden gems around Lincoln. Every booking genuinely means something to me. I’ve poured a lot of time and care into making sure guests feel comfortable, welcome, and looked after—whether they’re here for work, sightseeing, or a well-earned break.

I chose this spot because of its unbeatable location—right on the water, yet just a short walk from Lincoln’s bustling High Street, historic Cathedral Quarter, and Brayford Waterfront. It’s the best of both worlds: calm and scenic views with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
There’s something really peaceful about being so close to the water, especially with morning light reflecting off the surface. Whether it's a quiet coffee on the Brayford pool or an evening stroll along the riverside paths, this area has a special atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere in the city.
