Ubicado en el segundo piso, sin ascensor, el apartamento Margott ha sido completamente renovado y decorado con buen gusto. manteniendo intacto el antiguo sabor de los techos revestidos. Al entrar encontrará la sala de estar con la romántica chimenea, la mesa para 6 personas, el cómodo sofá cama para 2 personas, la cocina de planta abierta oculta por paneles deslizantes.
El dormitorio con ventana tiene un gran armario y el baño con una ducha grande y cómoda está diseñado por Antonio Lupi. El apartamento es luminoso y está equipado con doble acristalamiento, puerta blindada con cerradura de cilindro europea.

El apartamento está ubicado en la ZTL. Quienes deseen llegar en coche deben reservar el garaje. Avíseme si desea el garaje al reservar el apartamento. NUESTRO GARAJE ES GRATIS. POR FAVOR CONFIRME A LA HORA DE RESERVAR

Wonderful Stay.

Great location, apartment and host. The apartment was exactly as described, it was very close to sites, shops and restaurants. Very clean, spacious and included everything we needed for our one week stay. The host was also very helpful and replied instantly to any questions we asked.

Great location and lovely apartment

This apartment was perfect for our family of four (two adults, 13-year old and 9-year old). The location was amazing — almost across the street from Santa Croce church, easy walk to Uffizi, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and more! Definitely recommend.

The property was lovely and well-equipped. It is located close to the center of old Florence. It has several excellent restaurants nearby. The host communicated to us well ahead of our arrival. Access to the apartment was very easy and self-service.

Centrally located & comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marina’s comfortable apartment. We were able to walk everywhere, and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes near by. The apartment was extremely clean, and having a washer and dryer was a bonus. Marina was communicative and helpful, and she scheduled a taxi to take us back to the train station. We would definitely recommend staying here for your stay in Florence.

Location Location Location

This property was conveniently located, and within walking distance of all of the sites. Marina was a gracious host, even though she was unable to meet with us personally. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed. Florence is a beautiful city, and we can’t wait to return!

perfect location

Our stay in Margott apartment recently renovated was wonderful in every way. The location was perfect - into the heart of Florence, the atmoshphere created by the careful and modern decoration, the level of comfort of the furnishings generally and the thoughtful consideration of details. Marina was helpful throughout and even left us a bottle of something bubbly in the frig to welcome us and help us celebrate My birthday! It was a wonderful base to explore the wonderful city!

Wonderful stay in Firenze

Wonderful location steps from Santa Croce square. Marina's apartment is perfectly situated on a quiet street in the heart of Florence walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the train station. Her apartment is as immaculate as her photos display, beautifully maintained and offers "the little things" (outlet converters, a scissor, Levazza coffee machine) which reminded us of her thoughthfulness and professionalism every time we discovered we needed something, and it was there! Our only regret was our 8 day stay was not long enough. We hope to be back to stay at Marina's "five star" apartment home soon.

Wonderful Stay

We had such a wonderful time in the apartment and in Florence. The apartment is in a great location within 5-15 minutes walking distance from all the major sights. The San Croce neighborhood is lovely with lots of local restaurants and bars. It makes you feel like you are living like a local. Marina was a wonderful host. Very communicative and responsive. She kindly help us arrange taxi’s on 2 occasions. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Florence.

Great Location, Very friendly welcome, Clean.

The apartment is a modern, clean and in the center of Florence. The kitchen has all appliances, all furniture is spotless. The owner was waiting for us at the property and she prepared a very efficient and friendly welcome, including maps and printouts of good restaurants etc. She even sent me an email during the week, to check if all was OK and if she could be of further help. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone particularly because its so close to all the main sights in Florence and because the owner is very helpful.

Gorgeous apartment and perfect location

This perfectly appointed and very recently updated apartment is centrally located among the shops, restaurants, cafes and attractions of Florence. The bed was comfortable and everything was sparklingly clean. The proprietor showed us all of the apartment's appliances and accompaniments, and there were many. For the most part, it was very quiet (there was some historical soccer match going on while we were there and the neighborhood was in full party mode for two evenings). This place was truly everything we needed and wanted and will definitely stay there again when we return. Thank you!

Great Apartment in Florence!

We wanted to rent an apartment in Florence but we were a bit nervous, you don't always get what you see online. However we were not disappointed! Marina met us at the apartment when we arrived on Sunday and spent time talking to us about where to find the local grocery stores, best restaurants and how to use the AC. The unit was exactly as described and the location was perfect. We enjoyed our 5 nights here and would rent again if we find ourselves heading back to Florence. I highly recommend this apartment!

A delightful apartment in a perfect area of Florence

There was plenty of room for the two of us. And another guest on the couch would work fine. The apartment was artfully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with a small stove, micro and little fridge. We had no problem with the stairs -two flights and we were at the apartment. The windows opened to a narrow street and were great at keeping any noise buffered. It was so convenient to major attractions. We were able to walk everywhere. Marina was a big help with suggestions on where to eat and things to do. I would definitely recommend to friends.

A beautiful, stylish apartment in a brilliant location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Florence. Marina met us at the apartment at the arranged time and was very helpful, telling us all about the apartment and the local area. The large amount of written information, maps and suggestions for restaurants, shops etc was much appreciated. We enjoyed the bottle of Chianti that Marina left for us. The apartment itself cannot be faulted! It is bright, stylish, well-equipped, comfortable and immaculate. Its location, just off the Piazza Santa Croce, is excellent for walking to any part of the city. The Piazza itself is a lovely place to sit and relax and the local restaurants are excellent. We did everything we had planned for our time in Florence and more. What a unique, fascinating and interesting city!

Wonderful apartment in Florence

his apartment surpassed our expectations! We stayed here for seven nights and thought the apartment was wonderful. It is modern, spotless clean and has everything that you may need. Marina is warm, friendly and most helpful, and all the extras provided, including coffee and tea for breakfast, make your stay very comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble and Marina does everything she can all to make your stay enjoyable and nice. Another thing that makes the apartment special is the location. It is just next to Piazza di Santa Croce, which allowed us easy walking access to everything in the city, the Ufficci Gallery, the Piazza Signoria, the Academy, and Sante Croce itself! . We were so happy we chose this apartment and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence !

Beautiful apartment in excellent location

This apartment in Santa Croce was the perfect home base for our visit to Florence. It is very nicely equipped with lots of little touches like toiletry items you may have forgotten. There are 60 steps to the apartment so getting our 45 pound suitcases up the stairs was a bit of a challenge but fortunately we only had to do that once. Otherwise it was good exercise to wear off the pasta and wine! Marina is an excellent host. She texted us a few times during our 12 night stay to make sure all was ok. She is very well organized and provided lots of suggestions for things to see and do during our stay. The Santa Croce neighbourhood is beautiful with easy access to all Florence sites. We enjoyed restaurants nearby and would particularly recommend Vivoli (gelato and breakfast) and Caffe Italiano (dinner).
